    When I ordered machine I was told it would be here on 3/20/2025. When it didnt arrive I tried to use their chat and got no response. I than sent an email and 4 days later no response. Reached back out today 3/23 and was told it was shipped today. Zero acknowledgment or explanation for a week delay.

    I ordered a ***** ****** machine through this company, I received the order and the machine is not what was displayed on the site. Itis missing the power cord as well as a ***** ****** logo and also a manual. This machine has a code to get into I contacted the companymultiple times With the phone just ringing, I also left several messages which no one has gotten back to me. I also did an ****** ****, which also ghosted me as well. I feel like I got scammed by this company for a machine that I cannot use. I paid $5900 for machine for my business and it is useless.

    Here is the invoice that was sent to me and the picture of the machine that is on the website. This is not the machine that I received. I had received a machine that is a knock off with no ***** ****** label attached or on the machine. I paid $6000 for a knock off from Hong Kong. I have tried reaching out to the gentleman multiple times with no answered calls, emails and even tried live chats. I finally reached the sales manager today. When I had a question about the machine, not having the label on it he then started screaming at me telling me this is what I ordered. I said no I ordered the machine that had ***** ****** on it, he then started screaming saying I never said that it was a ***** ******., he claims he told me that it was from the same manufacturer. This conversation did not go that way when I ordered this machine. He then started screaming at me on the phone and I still couldn’t get a word edgewise in so I ended the call. He then started calling me back multiple times screaming at me about the machine. I said I don’t want this machine. I want to return it, he said fine. I’ll send you a return label. I said that is great we’re finally getting somewhere. I then asked him for a confirmation email stating that he is sending me a return label that I will be sending this machine back and that  I will have confirmation of him reimbursing me my $5900. He then started screaming at me once again, saying that he wasn’t going to send me an email and then I just needed to return the machine, he Kept screaming at me you better not use that machine. I’m assuming he’s just going to try and resell this knock off to someone else. This company is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with, the customer service is horrific and the guy is nothing but rude!

    I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator model M600 from Meubon on July 9th, 2024 for $970.00. It took 4 wks to receive concentrator and I set up everything before giving to my Father to use. It worked til both batteries were discharged then they would not recharge and light does not show up on machine showing it is charging. I reported this to company, they asked me to send video, which I did and never heard from them. I have been leaving voice mails, emails and talk to them forms with no response for last 60 days. I had my Father call them today from his phone and they returned his call telling him to have me call as I purchased concentrator. They do not answer from my cell number but used ho.e phone today and was able to speK with same gentleman that asked me to send videos previously wanting videos sent again and stating my Father ruined batteries by charging them to long, I explained he had tried charging them for 3 hours a d when neither would charge herft one o ernight to see if they had any charge in. Them I again stated their product had been used less then a month and has a 2 year warranty and asked again do them not stand behind their products sold. This concentrator was only used to go to/from medical appointments so he doesn't have to use bottled canisters anymore. I would like to resolve this issue with company but get no answer from them or today was told when i used different number to call too buy new batteries from them at $150.00 each. Your assistance is appreciated.

    I purchased an oxygen system from this company in August 2024. As of October 6, 2024, I still don't have the item and they haven't refunded my money as I requested. I made many attempts to make contact with the company, to no avail. I was emailed one time claiming the product would ship on a certain date, which it did not. I filed a claim with ****** to attempt to get a refund, and afterwards meubon created a shipping label. I was satisfied with the idea that I would actually receive the product. However its been close to 1.5 weeks and it has never been shipped; according to shippers website. I want a refund or the product, and I feel I will not receive the product. It seems like they have scammed me for $970.00.

    On Sept. 3rd, 2024, I purchased an oxygen concentrator for myself. The company, Meubon, lists themselves as being located in *******, *****. On Sept. 12th, I called to find out the status of my order and got no answer on the phone after calling all day. On Sept 16th, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. I explained what I was calling for, and told him that I had called ******. He got very angry and hung up on me. Upon speaking to ******, I found out that this is an international company located in *****, so they have already misrepresented themselves. They promised 3 day delivery....it has been over a month. Nor does the machine deliver the amount of oxygen promised. I would just like to get a refund.

    The transaction was made June 24, 2024. Since then my order status was order placed I didnt receive any update. I emailed the seller two times and they never replied back. In y last (3rd) email I told them I will request my money back from ****** and I got a reply asking about my order number. I replied back and I didnt receive any reply again. This was August 5, 2024. I wrote a review online and I receive a phone call after from the customer service representative shouting and yelling at me because I wrote the review. He told they do not have to reply to my emails and that they are out of stock. When I asked him again why didnt reply back that youre out of stock at least I would understand that he said they dont have to. He was very rude and hung up on me. I waited two months now and I still didnt get a tracking number or a shipment confirmation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

    I received a *** tracking number from the seller Aug.14, 2024.  The Tracking number information on the *** website states that the seller has created a label. The seller called  me Sunday Aug 18, 2024 after 4 days from creating the label and told me the international shipping in *** system doesnt specify the delivery date, once your product lands in ****** the you can track your shipment. I called *** to understand what does creating a label mean and was told  that they have received the shipment details and billing information from the sender but they do not have possession  of my shipment. They are not responsible of the shipment until it reaches their ************** said the sender can create a label and never send them the goods and their liability begins with their possession of the goods. This means that my issue was not resolved. I do not know the location of the product ordered and I have no clue how long it will take the seller to hand it to *** to start the shipping process.  It is on the seller now to hand the shipment to *** in order for them to give me accurate shipping details. The label created doesnt mean anything if the product is not with ***.

    i ordered a battery for an oxygen concentrator and received one that was defective with parts missing. I returned the defective battery for a replacement and was told that a replacement would be sent. its been almost a month since they received the defective and was told that a replacment would be shipped June 10th. no battery has arrived and I can't get any information from the seller either by phone or by chat on their website

    On 01/30/2024I ordered one Portable Oxygen Convertor from Meubon.On 02/05/2024 I received the Portable Oxygen Converter. It was the wrong one.On 02/15/2024 I sent back Portable Oxygen Converter. On 3/4,3/5,3/12,3/13,3/29,4/1 & 4/26 made calls to Meubon. I left voice mails at 4 various extensions. Never received one call back ********* ****, is investigating. No resolution as of yet.

    We ordered a portable oxygen concentrator - continuous flow Model M600 and paid $970. Order #****. Once received, we soon found out that it did not keep ******* oxygen level up to a safe level so I called and was told I could return it for a refund within 10 days. We returned it via ****** tracking #*************************. I shipped it February 26th and tracking shows they received it February 29th. I did not receive the money March 10, as promised. I have called and they wouldn't answer but ***** finally tried the sales line and got someone right away. We were promised again they would refund, but again it didn't happen. I have tried ***eatedly to get a refund on this bad machine but am getting the run around. Today I contacted a customer service *** by chat on their website and she gave the same canned response that I've gotten previously. ***** died 2 nights ago and I desperately need this money refunded ASAP. When I told the *** that was the same line I'd been given before, she quit answering me. Please help me!!!!!

    On 9/7/2023 I ordered a bipap machine and was charged 790.00 on my credit card then on 9/13/2023 they charged my credit card again I called and they said it was a mistake and will refund my card the extra charge and it would take 5 days. I have called a few times asking if it is in progress and was told yes it was. I called ** ****** **** ******* and was asked to forward them an email from Meubon that a refund was coming . I called Meubon to tell them what I needed to stop the extra interest and was told ok but I never received anything. I called again and asked about the refund and I was hung up on. They are taking advantage of people I told them my husband and I are both disabled and living on ****** ******** and again I was hung up on. Thankfully we did receive the machine and am happy to pay the 790.00
