    This company sent me the product after I tried canceling the order. They then called me and told me I could expect the return shipping email immediately. The "return" shipping label was finally emailed to me 5 days later and the label was not a return label as promised but to another individual in ******** (I am in **). When I emailed them and told them I would not send the product to someone else, much less with myself as the sender) but would only return it to them, I received a call within 20 minutes telling me that they didn't care what I did and that they would continue to charge me the ******. I contacted **************** with a dispute and my supporting documentation.I really wish that I could leave a ZERO star review. This company cannot be trusted.

    I placed an order on 8/15/24 with an expectation of near term delivery. When Meubon provided actual delivery status and associated delays, I cancelled my order on 8/26/24 with an expectation of reimbursement within 14 business days (roughly $800). Despite commitment by Meubon (Paul) to reimburse my account starting 8/15, then following prompting again on 9/13/24, it was not until my banking institution was called into action did Meubon finally take accountability actions to process my reimbursement; I was not reimbursed until 10/14/24, one and a half months post cancellation. Meubon's customer service over-promises and under-delivers on both its product delivery commitment and its customer reimbursements.
