      I received a quote and information from ******** and *** from the Kids empire in ******** back in *********** December I called twice to make sure I had the correct information.I indeed had the information they had previously given to **** spoke twice to *** and ******** in person and twice over the phone.I was told inorder to book a party we had to deposit $150.$30 per kid included 2 slices of pizza, a goodie bag, drinks and 2 adults. That is the ONLY reason i booked this place to begin with because we could bring the parents of the kids and we could bring up to 3 babies in at no ******* I let them know right after christmas I would book it.Originally it was going to be 13 kids INCLUDING my daughter.Then I told them it was between ***** but I would update them once there Jenn said it was fine.When we arrived to our party, we had 16 kids & 26 adults. I have a list of all who went.We had 3 babies under the age of 10 months.There was 2 adults who only went to drop off their gift to my child and head back to the base in **, TX well Jenn said they could not and needed to charge me the extra adults. I told her they were not going to stay or eat or anything just drop off my daughter's gifts and she didn't care. I had several friends who were babysitting and took a niece or two just to play not to be at the party because we don't know them and ******** would not let them pay general admission even if they were not there for the party. They charged me a total of $1061.17. They were supposed to credit me $30 for cake as ******* I am talking to the host about cutting the cake, the party etc, it was 4:30.She then rudely interrups and says maam it's time to pay.She basically charged me for God knows what.We had 16 kids for our party, 26 adults and 3 babies at OUR party. She then proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know why she would say $30 per kid when it's $40. So even at that I am due a HUGE refund. I need someone to contact me asap. My guests had a horrible time with her.

      I went into Kid Empire on April 7, 2022 to book my daughters bday party, soon after my daughter broke her leg, I went back to cancel the party, they told me I had to email corporate to receive a refund because they could not issue one in house. No one could give me a contact number they claimed that even employees/managers are unable to reach them other than through email. I emailed, stated the issue, attached hospital forms, I emailed 3 more times and called the store. Danilo finally emailed me back on May 16 stating the issue was being escalated with corporate, I called again in June/July and got no help on August 27th 2022, Danilo emailed he asked me to send him my booking confirmation, as well as the amount I had paid, I sent both & Danilo told me they would issue my refund, I explained that I am no longer living in Houston so he asked me to send him a good address to mail out a check, I then received a call in September stating my refund was ready to be picked up at the store. I explained they were supposed to be mailing a check, the employee said he was simply following directions and knew nothing about the check being mailed and I would need to email them again because they have no other way of contacting corporate. I sent ANOTHER email on Sep 15th asking what was going on and I have not received a response yet. My refund amount is $162.38
