      Booked a a party for my child. Was told I could decorate with anything that I could put on the table, including balloons. 5 days to the party and I'm told I can't bring anything except tablecloths and cups and plates. Mind you, the whole time, the coordinator was rude and disrespectful and not at all understanding of what I was told before. Then when I told her she was being rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me. Her name was something along the lines of Dartenia or something. I called back 3 times and she hung up on me all 3 times. Still haven talked to anyone and they still have all my money. Her managers name is Taylor, apparently. She kept saying that none of that has anything to do with her. Like this is your job, so yes, listening to the customer and trying to find a solution IS YOUR JOB. What a terrible way to represent your company. Manager also lies to cover up for employees. He said I'm upset and he's trying to fix it. No, he actually insulted me by making me deal with her to begin with, then insulted me by lying to cover for her saying I was cussing at her. Play me the recording. Because the only reason I know he is lying is because he said that. If he would have listened to the recording, he never would have said that to me *** **** ******** ****** ** * ***** ***** *** **** * ****
