I placed an order for two doors back on 10-8-2024 and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. I still have not received the doors. I asked for a refund and was told to refer to the terms and conditions which apparently you automatically agree to once you place an order which say no refunds and it may take up to 30 weeks for delivery depending on raw material availability. This is company is a scam. I'm out over $2,300.00.

This company is a scam. I ordered a roll up garage door on 9.25.2024, I'm still waiting. When I left a review for overheaddooroutlet on BBB surprisingly they responded to my review with a bogus claim about emailing me to confirm dimensions. I have not received any communication from this company since order was placed. I'm out $1640.81

I ordered and payed $2990.00 for a 13x14’ roll up door in Nov.2024. On occasion a person would reply to my emails requesting order status yet would never provide a production status or delivery date. It is now March 2025. They do not return calls and no longer respond to email. They are apparently a total scam. And if you do a google earth search. Their address is a storage yard. No buildings.

On November 26, 2024, I contacted US Steel North America to
purchase a roll up door. A gentleman name William *****  Contacted me to put my order in. He took the info on the size of
the door and the color that I needed, and he told me he will email
the order invoice detail and attached will be the payment form so I
can pay him. He advised me that the turnaround time for the roll
up door will be 4 to 5 weeks. I paid him $1,817.83 and never received
the roll up door. This company is a scam be careful. I lost $1,817.83.
