      Overall experience0 out of 5 Poor quality of product, severe cracking, poor customer service while trying to deal with the matter. Was not reimbursed nearly enough of what was needed.

      Many boards cracked after 6 years.
      Filed warranty, but they keep saying they aren't getting the pictures I'm emailing.
      None of my emails are being returned as not delivered.

      Please do not put Allura Cement siding on your home, the product is defective, it cracks and looks horrible then the class action suit against the company doesn't even come close to replacement costs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from any Allura Plycem products and if you are looking for a settlement based on the class action suit against them you are better off suing them directly. we stand to lose 40k to replace their defective siding. They offered us under 5k. end of story. don't buy it.

      Within 18 months of purchasing a brand new home the siding began to crack. We sent pictures of very clearly cracked siding to Allura's warranty department and were told no cracks were identified in the pictures. I replied asking them what they called the damage then. Their response: they suddenly were able to identify the crack, but then it was the builders fault and they would not replace the damaged siding. I requested information asking how they new it was the builders fault as we also had a warranty with the builders. I have emailed Allura USA every few weeks for months asking this and they have not even bother responding to me. My experience has been that Allura USA provides a bad product, terrible customer service, and no ethics.
