    I bought a tennis bag. The website says free UPS 2 day shipping and so does the emailed receipt. The tracking information says UPS ground 7 day. I called and they said that the bag was "oversized" so it didn't quality for UPS 2 day. Illegal bait and switch.

    No communication regarding shipping delays. Customer service can't even reply to an email about when a product will ship.

    We apologize for the slow response and shipping delays. We have currently moved locations and have an influx of emails and phone calls. Give us some time and your emails will be responded to. Again we are sorry about the delay. We are working as quickly as possible.

    Tennis Express charged my credit card for tennis shoes that were ordered online but not delivered for over 10 mths. By the time they were delivered I had moved from Austin to Dallas 9 months prior. I never received an updated email from Tennis Express updating me on the delivery date until a
    day before. . Customer service was no help and 25 days later, my complaint and problem still has not be answered or resolved. All the customer service reps say is “we moved to a new warehouse and have over 900 reported customer service complaints that we can’t handle, employees are quitting, internet service has be down” and more excuses. I was told that my issue was sent to claims to be investigated but still have not received an email or call. Very bad business practices, and NO customer service. Do not purchase from Tennis Express online, it’s a nightmare.

    We have notes saying that you moved and had forgotten that you had ordered the shoes. The address had not been updated and we weren't informed of the change until a day before the shoes arrived, making it impossible to change the route. We also made sure to notify you of the backorder on these products and shipped them out to you as soon as we had them in stock. I see you are a repeat customer and the team is already looking for solutions. Because of the move, our team has been swamped and we are working as fast as we can. However, your order was not forgotten, and you have been in contact with some of the people at the call center who have been looking to resolve this issue for you.
