      New customer giving feedback about the great service received during the initial installation process. ***** was professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we might have had. So far the download and upload speeds are exactly as promised. I hope the reliability will be solid and that any potential outages will be resolved quickly, but so far great uninterrupted service. Very happy with our choice!

      This company has been hit or miss ever since they took over a small independent provider here in ****. In the beginning it was terrible!!! They were out all the time. Then in the last 6 months it was every other day for 10 to 30 minutes with no service. Then 2 months of great service. Then c*** again on and off. Then 2 more months great service. Think we're good..... No!!! Monday Sept 5, 2022 service quit at 9:30 am. Now it's Wednesday, September 7 at 5:32am and still no service. We we told yesterday afternoon it should be working, but it wasn't. Called tech support and was told a 50 minute que wait. My employee has had no internet for 2 weeks and was told they had no techs to get out to resolve the issue any sooner a week later!! Neighbor across the street is in same boat I'm in. When their service actually works, it's great. However, this constant inconsistent service quite frankly sucks!!!!!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I havent had internet in 4 days now no one has even bothered to call me back after multiple voicemails left to supervisors. I have a business account that I was assured was a first priority. I havent been a priority at all Im appalled if anyone in my business thought it was acceptable to go over 24 hours with woot reaching out or returning a phone call they would be terminated immediately. They have now coast me countless amounts of money and theres no even idea of when I will get service back. There is no credit possible to fix all the money Ive lost now due to them. Fiber optic is a joke it was supposed to be faster and have less problems but its given me the same amount of problems. Im disgusted with the lack of care this company has for ones business and hard earned money.

      If you research this company, they were awarded $281 million from the government's Connect ************ Phase II for the purpose of expanding internet coverage to rural areas. They go and buy good existing internet providers in the center portion of the country. They are currently great with sales and ATROCIOUS in service. Once our existing internet provider was purchased by Nextlink, service took a major nose dive. In past communications with Nextlink they are great in the sales areas but were really struggling with staffing and experience in the service and tech area. When they say they are going to call you back - don't expect a phone call. When they transfer your call to someone that can help, expect to be shuffled around and forgotten. When they say it will be 13 minutes for someone to talk to you, expect it to be two hours and 13 minutes. If you need a service tech to come to your home, hope for a good one with experience. My wife and I don't mind being lied to by a company that helps, but being lied to multiple times by a company that doesn't help is unacceptable. It's tough to find quality providers in some rural areas, but proceed with caution if considering Nextlink. We're shopping for a different provider.

At Nextlink, we strive to always provide excellent service, through both our internet services and our customer relations. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as this does let us know how were doing and where we can improve. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with us. In regards to the *** II auction, we were awarded funds for that to expand broadband internet into underserved, rural areas. As part of this, we will purchase ISPs that are on the market within our footprint if they make sense for our expansion plan. I know it is hard when a provider you are familiar with changes, but rest assured, your provider was available for purchase. Nextlink does not force out providers but rather purchases them when an owner wishes to retire or simply does not have the funds to maintain the existing network. I wanted to reach out to you regarding your one-star rating and see how we can make your experience better, but I am unable to find an associated account.       Worked good until they got their first payment. Then internet went down. And after 1 hour online trying this and that was told oh well will have to send tech out. In *********************************************** such a hurry and rude. Complained. Haha. These people are as bad as Rise Broadband. Do not use. Wish we hadn't.

      Nextlink continues to operate a tower on ********, **********, **, in clear violation of the land restrictions for that neighborhood. Nextlink has been made aware of the violation via certified mail but they have failed to address the issue.

      Was so excited to get set up with Nextlink. Just for them to come out and not to the install as they had agreed to. The installers didn't even bring the right tools and had to borrow our tools to complete the half of the install that was agreed on. Then after having the setup for 1 week, we experienced an outage. We waited and called and was told there was no ETA available for when it would be turned back on, as they do not work on their own equipment, it's based on when a third party would get there. Needless to say, after 2 weeks and only having internet for 1 week, we noticed this was not the service we wanted and got it canceled. Now they are charging us for equipment, even though we keep calling to having them pick up the equipment. But go figure, can't take our call now.

      Service is down on a regular basis. Extremely unreliable inconsistent speeds.
