Deeply saddened that Im filing this complaint. However, this company is stealing from consumers and Ive already disputed with my bank and I pray you can help me recover the funds that they feel they should keep. This is a predatory business. We have a motor home that would not start in *********. Now clearly they will not come to *********. In fact if they could prove they would by even substituting the work out I glad pay them. The fact that I contacted them is because I couldnt find any one near me. They said they would be here in two hours. Broken down in the pouring rain and waited the two hours and then canceled they refused to refund my money. So, no services rendered and zero customer service care at all. So at first they charged me $956.71 then issued a credit of ****** with them stating to me that the remaining is a cancellation fee$367.50. STARS ABOVE!!!! You need to share this with your attorney general. What a disgusting ******* Now, Ive gotten no where with this business and next time I will read your reviews cause I see youve rated them a F. OY! Thank you in advance for your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Wednesday May 8, I broke down in *************. I googled for a local repair service and found one two blocks away called ********** Mobile Truck Repair. I called the number and got an answer. I described the problem, they said they could have someone out in about an hour. As it turned out, this business name was fictitious, and the business was actually Premier Breakdown Solutions. It took over two hours to show up, and there was a lot of confusion about when they would arrive, where they actually were, and what they would charge. The job did get completed, and the guys that showed up left. It seemed odd to me that this happened, because usually the person who does the work collects the fee. About 15 minutes later I received a link, which I attempted to access. I was told by someone at Premier this was the link to pay by credit card. When I attempted to pay, the link kept freezing, and was very difficult to see because everything was ****** out. I did the best I could to enter the payment information. IT went to another pop up which asked me to okay a text to my phone. I tried to click on the appropriate place and nothing happened. I then contacted the business and explained what happened. I told them I was wary about resubmitting my CC information on a link that didn't work properly and could they send me an invoice and we could work out payment from that point. There was also an email exchange where I attempted to resolve this issue.Friday I was sent an email which I did not get to until Friday evening, saying they had sent my repair order to collections, and they would be adding 33% surcharge plus interest. I believe i had done due diligence attempting to pay what I believe was an exorbitant amount of money for the quantity and quality of work performed on my truck.I would like a reasonable way to pay this without the additional charges, and for the business to actually send me a detailed invoice showing exactly what I'm paying for.

I called Mobile Truck Repair ******* which charged me for $963.02 which was invoiced and paid thru Premier Breakdown Solutions. I called this company to help fix a truck that was broke down. The tech showed up and tried to plug his code reader in the truck and told me that he had the wrong cable and would be back in 20 minutes. He never returned. I called the company to see what was going on and they said his equipment was good and that the truck ECM was bad. I explained to them that this had just been repaired and that this didnt make sense. I said he was only here for 5 minutes how could he make that call and that the truck started and ran so it could not be the **** They just claimed they could not fix it. I asked for a prorated rate since he did not try and diagnose the problem. I was told no. This is a popular scam in this industry they make a person pre pay for the service show up and do no work then collect the money. The problem was a broken wire underneath the cab not the ****

Our bus broke down so I contacted this local company for a roadside mechanic to help us ******************** so we could at least get off the side of the interstate. We were charged $946.68 just for this lazy guy to show up. He was there for under 15 minutes. He immediately told us it was something to do with the *** which was true but failed to see or mention it was a grounding tether which he could have definitely fixed for us/had the tools to do so so it could at least get us down the road.So basically we paid almost $1000 to a guy who didnt even try to help us. Some sort of compensation would be really appreciated. Feeling totally scammed and because of this failure we were forced to pay another $1000 to a tow company and another $1000 to a real mechanic to do what this company was suppose to do

1/24/23, $800+ paid to this company. They claimed they have a technician to come diagnose an issue with our truck (truck wouldn't turn over, company said its either the battery or alternator) ETA one hour. Four hours go by, "technician" finally arrives. *************************, doesn't speak any English, shows up in an old run down Chevrolet pickup truck, not a roadside utility truck. Driver had to communicate with this individual using ****** Translate. Spends one hour with jumper cables hooked up to the truck. Diagnosis: nothing wrong with alternator or batteries. Company refuses to issue a refund. There was no diagnosis, the "technician" was not certified, and had no idea what he was doing. This is robbery, point blank.

Hello, Can we get a Reference number for this customer so we can pull up his Work Order?

      Customer Answer

      Date: 01/26/2023

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and am including the work order number. It is ******. This company has only been active for less than a year and has no business being in the logistics industry offering road service solutions with the unsatisfactory "service" they provided.

      Regards,

i have my own trucking company, where i was in ******* to pick up a load, that was going to pennsylvania.as i left the shipper,a little more than 2 hrs away alarms came on dashboard and had to stop at a rest area, where i googled ,"roadside mechanic near my location",in *************,St ***** County,**, which came up forwarddieselservice.com. **************. when i called i explained the problem and they sent out a mechanic to my location.i do know how to fix my own vehicle, but unfortunatelly i didnt have the parts. the mechanic saw the problem and took off the water pump then left to buy the part. he came back with the new pump and 3 gallons antifreeze. he took the pump off in 1 hour , and installed new pump in 2 hours and added antifreeze, along with what was recovered to drain to do the repair.when i first called the service, they took my credit card number and put a hold on my card , which i believe was $1,438. once the job was completed, the company called that there was a balance of a little more than $1,726.00. i asked for a itemized invoice and when i questioned the bill of the outrageous charges, the guy transferred me to the manager which he gave his name *****************the company tripled the price of the pump , tripled the price of the 3 gallons of antifreeze, charged me for 4 hours of labor when work was done 3 hours.******** tells me it seems there will be a charge back like a "...", which i know he said something derogatory and felt it was something racial, but wanted him to repeat what he said and he changed his tone and never did. it was a recorded call so the conversation is recorded. there was discrimination involved as the way he was talking with me and says he was going to send a credit card authorization form then changed to forcing me to send $2,932.56 for the work through zelle, venmo,or EFS check. he told the mechanic to block my truck so i cant move and if i dont send the money, he was going to call the authorities. thats total discrimination .

We gave you a quote on this job upfront. And you approved it, after you said you where going to chargeback the card. thats why we made you pay via Zelle.

I am rejecting this response because: i never stated anything about a chargeback. The person I spoke to on the phone was *****************************, which in turn said he was sending over a credit card authorization form. I told him to send the form then he states ," well its going to be a chargeback like a ...." . When I asked him to repeat it he wouldn't repeat the comment he made. Then states instead of a credit card payment, he will only accept EFS , Zelle, or Venmo. For him to lie and state I will chargeback a payment, he's not right for that. Making any payment is no problem to me, but to discriminate against me and lie on top of that is bad business on his part.
