It is a fraudulent company thats operating nationwide with ghost addresses on ****** Maps, hundreds of local numbers they use nationwide, fake web pages, and fake locations they are based out of *****. The list goes on for their ghost fraud addresses on ****** Maps nationwide. Premiere Breakdown Solution is advertising fraudulently in every state. Premier Breakdown Solution is operating without a business license in the state of ********** and Nationwide without a business license. The entire operation is a Fraudulent business. Premiere Breakdown Solution represents itself as a shop/repair they do not send different shops and scam them without any payment and knowledge misleading customers and 3rd party roadside assistance local shops.THEY ARE THE BADEST PEOPLE THAT I HAVE EVER CALLED FOR ROAD SERVICE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR INVOICE THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING ADDING MORE AND MORE THEY WERE NEXT TO US, AND THEY CHARGED US LIKE 100 MILES, YOU ASK THEM AND THEY NEVER TELL YOU THE MILES THEY ARE FROM YOU, THEY ARE JUST TRASH IM JUST WARNING YOU GUYS THEY DONT HAVE A HEART, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE NOT CLEAR, THEY ARE A FRAUD DO NOT CALL THEM. VERY BAD PEOPLE.

      Unable to provide a tech to complete service. Never showed up. Charged me a cancellation fee.Sent debt collectors to collect cancellation fee.Do not expect to pay for services NOT rendered.Use these people at your own risk

      This company charged me over $5000 to repair our truck. After I paid they found an oil leak they admitted they caused taking things apart. Took it apart a few more times and a couple of more days later. We get our truck back. Its still leaking. It took us a month to get them to come look at it again. One of the mechanics said yes it was still leaking in sane spot. We dropped it off to repair. Could not reach anyone for 3 days and then they tell us its not anything they touched. We are out $5000 and have an oil leak they wont make right.

      Charged $1500 for two radiator hoses replacement 1 clamp and 10 gallons of Antifreeze. Even with the in city roadservise to say way overpriced is an understatement. These guys make the big truckstops repair shops look good. Never again

      Premier breakdown solutions completely too advantage of my truck driver. They charged us for 3 service call that took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to do. When I contacted them about the charge it was explained to me that they have a service call ($185), ok understandable, but we were stranded in ****** *********. Plus they charged ** a minimum 2 hour service call($185 x 2 = $370), And then they charged ** another hour service charge for driving 1 hour round trip($185). So basically they charged us 4 hours to deliver a part that my driver installed in 10 minutes.$740 to deliver an $139 part within 30 miles. plus tax and a outrageous credit card charge of $47. They don't deserve a star.******************* I will never do business here again.

      Company is money hungry. They expect for you to pay for service before anything is completed. I was quoted a job and had a 2nd quote that was more than half of theirs. Stay away from the *******, ** roadside assistance

      Do not use this company!!!! I paid $950 up front for their technician to show up to tell me that they don't work on motorhomes, even though they knew that they were sending someone to work on a MOTORHOME!!! They deserve the * that they have from the BBB.
