    I found the process to be very easy and straightforward. The representative who helped me was extremely thorough in going through the agreement and explaining each step. Taking this step was difficult, but ********* was so kind and understanding. I had one change request and she, with the help of her manager, were able to take care of it for me. With gratitude to *********, I hope I am on the way to a better financial future.

    The gentleman who assisted me with my enrollment was enthusiastic about getting me to a place of feeling calm and not so overwhelmed with my debt situation. He was knowledgeable of all the questions I asked. When the called was over, I felt I had someone who really had compassion for circumstances.
