      Today, 7/21/25, I went to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube in ******, **. When I went in for the oil change, my car was running perfectly, including the air conditioning. When I pulled out of the oil change, I have no air conditioning. I went back in to let them know my AC is now not working. They looked at the cabin filter again to ensure they installed it properly. They said I had some debris from a mouse that was blocking the fan and took it out. They said that should fix it but my AC was still not working. They then said it was just a coincidence that my air stopped working and it was not their fault. We are in an extreme heat warning. I went in with perfect AC and left with no AC and they were not willing to look at what they could do to fix it. There is no way my air happened to stop working right after they worked in my car. Now I have paid for an oil change and have to take it somewhere else and pay for my air to get fixed for something they did. I want others to be aware of Jiffy Lube. I have heard others saying their cars coincidentally have problems after a simple oil change from them.

      I went to this place to get oil motor change service because I got a cupon of $35.00 off for full sintetic oil change validation until June *******. They wont apply this cupon on my bill. Promo Code 2UF7S2

      Our records show that the District Manager contacted this guest on 6/30/25 and found that the location for this coupon was Southern California from website that is not a website we participate in (**********************************). Pointed this out to the guest and offered our max discount of $26 off on the service. Guest refused that as well.  The code for this coupon is not listed in our database and also note that the coupon states to 'visit our locations page to view updated hours for your local store.  Clicking on the nearest location would have resulted in our location not being listed as a participant.

      Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that the statement about offering me a $26 discount is not accurate. If I had been offered a $26 discount, I certainly would have accepted it.
      Instead, I was only offered a $10 discount, which is clearly reflected on the invoice I received. I have no issue with being informed that the coupon from the website was not valid at your location, but I do believe it is important to provide accurate information about what was actually offered.

      Please feel free to review the invoice to confirm the amount that was applied.

      Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change on 6/20/25 - paid $158.71. That night while driving the engine began to lose power but resolved with no warning lights. The next day 6/21/25 the engine continued to lose power and eventually stalled, and a check engine light came on. Unable to return to Jiffy Lube that day, due to work, I returned on Sunday 6/22/25. I told the employee the issues started after the oil change, and I asked him to check and see if anything was left unplugged or not put back correctly. He denied to check because he felt like it was not related to the oil change. I asked him to do an engine diagnostic because I got a check engine light the day prior. The engine diagnostic was inconclusive, but he failed to record this into their system so there is no record. He advised me to take it to *****. On 6/23/25, I took the vehicle to ***** where they found that the oil was dirty and appeared to not have been drained, and then they found that there was approx. 10 quarts of oil (double the amount it should be). So Jiffy Lube never drained the oil and added more on top. The excess oil was causing the engine to misfire and contaminating the intake system. To return the vehicle to the status prior to when I went in for an oil change, ***** is recommending an induction service, new spark plugs, new O2 sensors, and a new catalytic converter since these parts were damaged by excess oil. I have contacted the district and store manager; the store manager claims he cannot resolve since district is involved. Have been unable to reach the district manager and no response to emails. Both have offered to take a look at the vehicle, but I refused as ***** has already assessed the car, resolved the oil levels, and identified the needed repairs. They have been emailed receipts and written/video evidence of the car inspection by *****.

      I went jiffi Lube in 2064 Jericho Tpke in ******* on 07/01/2025 to get my car fixed and they completely messed it up. I originally went there because after they changed the oil, the car started turning off by itselfespecially when I turned on the *** I took it back and they told me it was the alternator. I never said that, they diagnosed it themselves. Instead of saying they didnt know how to fix it, they replaced the alternator and charged me nearly $600.I picked up the car at 2pm and was on my way to work, it just stopped in the middle of the highway. I tried calling them for help, but they said they had to speak with the managerand no one ever got back to me. So I had to get the car towed back to them.When I got there, they told me its not their problem because the alternator they put in wasnt good. But thats not what I brought the car in for. I wanted them to fix the issue with it shutting off, and now the problem is ******** that point, I either wanted my money back, or I wanted them to fix it. So I towed the car there and they didnt even let me put the car down. They Said they wouldnt look at it because they didnt know what the problem was. WHY DIDNt THEY SAY IT BEFORE?. I tried contacting the manager that day, no success. I tried contacting the customer **********************, no success. And today I called the store again asking for the manager and he just keeps saying the same thing: your alternator was bad, but your car has more problems that that.

      ******* changed. Charged a little more than other businesses. Did not give me back original oil dipsticks, both changed out, damaged, do not fit, damaged housing, plus car leaks oil like a sieve, new oil, motor oil, did not have this leak before, cannot keep oil in vehicle, dirtied self to check, derailed holiday plans, had to return to business more than once, apathetic manager, lack of training rude staff, did not fully check tires, have names of all involved, seeking full refund and money to rebuy new dip sticks, one so damaged now cannot use, fear damaged tire air inserts, now stripped partially, such rude behavior fear to go back, not lady friendly, no care about military service family background or AAA member status

      On june 18th I took my car into Jiffy Lube for a oil change. After they finished . My moter light came on and right away my moter started rattling and making all kind of noise. I towed my car to my mechanic and he told my there was no oli in the moter and that jiffy Lube failed to tighten the drain plug causing extreme damage to my moter. Its been 5 days. No contact from ******************* No car rental either. Im very upset.

      Went to Jiffy Lube on ********************* in ******** to have my oil changed, the technician did not secure the cap after changing the oil, resulting in the oil spraying all over the engine of my truck, bumper, dripping on the ground underneath my truck, etc. Invoice for oil change ******** I have reached out to Jiffy Lube in Magnolia several times, and have had no cooperation or resolution. I understand that mistakes happen, however, Jiffy Lube has not offered to resolve this issue, as I had to take off work to have my vehicle serviced at a dealership and pressure washed to removed all the oil that was sprayed from the cap not being properly replaced after my Jiffy Lube oil change.Expenses are as follows:Replacement oil: $ ***** Invoice from Dealership $ ******* Reimbursement of day off from work $ ****** Reimbursement for Jiffy Lube Oil Change $ ****** Total $1,988.96 Thank you for your time, **** ****

      in last 6 months have sent two separate packages, 1st one sent to ******, spent over half hour filling out questionnaire and paid ****** to ship my nephew 2 books for Christmas after 2 months the package was sent back *** should have told me this was likely going to happen I would have never sent a package, second recently shipped my daughter a package she forgot personal items while traveling suggested arrival was 2 days after I sent it, it has now been two weeks and now my elderly parents have to ship it back because of the delay. Both packages total ******, please be more honest and I would have never shipped either item, I feel they need to be upfront and not be so vague so people spend money. Tried to file a claim with *** and repeatedly cannot get through a white screen appears so convenient to sell false promises and when I went to store she said they are not responsible once it leaves their site and had me file claim, take responsibility this is a joke

      I went to get my oil changed by Jiffy Lube. That oil change turned into a dead starter which turned into an engine issue. Jiffy Lube tried to add a $200 battery on my bill without approval claiming my vehicle would not start with my old one, it did. There was ZERO issue with my engine before the oil change, they "changed" the oil, then my vehicle got stalled at the top of a hill. They claimed it was a dead starter, then after they did the "repair" to the starter, there was a bad engine knock which only happened after I had to tow the car back. Fast forward to today, after towing my vehicle to the dealership to get the vehicle looked at. They did not put any oil in my vehicle at all. They let me drive that vehicle off their shop with probably 5-10% of oil in it, that damaged the pistons in my vehicle that had an open recall on. And because of the damage my entire engine is now inoperable/unrepairable and the cost to replace the engine tallies to roughly ******. I demand a refund for services never completed, and the replacement of my engine that they destroyed.
