      Bought a $600 2021 Panini One box and unfortunately pulled an expired *** ***** Rookie dual patch auto /5. I redeemed the card online and was only given an option to redeem for 50% of the card value which really sucked but I figured I would get an acceptable amount of points. I was informed by Panini that I would receive 200 points as compensation. Only 200 points. You are able to pull a 250 point redemption card from a $30 blaster box. I have contacted support only for no one to respond and for the ticket to be closed again. This is ridiculous and tarnishes the reputation on Panini. If it doesnt get resolved, I am planning on never buying Panini again and advising my colleagues to do the same.

      Im sorry that you did not receive the correct amount of points.  It looks like there may have been a mistake when we closed out the ticket for only 200 points.  There should be one more zero at the end of that number.  I have reopened the ticket and closed it out with the 2000 points that you should have received initially.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

      I have reached out to Panini about a redemption that is back from April 2024 and it has not been fulfilled. Im asking for a replacement for the order.

      I submitted an autograph redemption on 02/14/2022. This was a card that I was extremely excited to add to my personal collection. It has sat opened and untouched in Paninis ticket queue for almost 3 years. I contacted support in December 2024 regarding this. I was offered a sparkle pack but I would rather have a card for my personal collection. Also, I have received sparkle packs in the past and the value was always lower than the initial redemption. I was then told Replacements will be the same sport, a randomly chosen player, and will be of equal or greater value than your redemption. I responded with the names of 2 other players I would accept as replacement but I was told again that it would be random. This is very frustrating as Ive already waited 3 years for this card. Please make this right.

      I have been waiting 5 months with no response for two ****** ******* Autographed card redemptions. The value of the 2 boxes the cards came from is currently valued at $1050. I would like a full refund, or shipment of the cards. Ill consider filing a small claims case if I do not hear back.

      I had 3 redemption cases open with Panini (*******, 2935892, 2938387). I requested these to be combined so I could receive just one card of higher value. To my shock, these were combined but I ended up receiving just the exact card from request number *******. So essentially they combined it and didnt send me ANYTHING for the 2 other requests. Ive emailed and been told this will be escalated about 4 months ago. Im expecting that they would provide me another card or two now!! I last heard from them on September 5th 2024. I also have request ******* open and was told on email 10 months ago I could wait for a replacement which I said no problem. Its now been 10 months and no response or update at all. The last response I had was on the 1st of March 2024. I would love to just receive a good quality card for this.

      I redeemed two cards on the Panini America website and later I wasnt given any updates on the card. I was given an option for them to send a replacement card and accepted it because I didnt want wait any longer. I requested this change early last year and then sent a follow-up message last summer asking when my card would arrive. Their response was sending me to a document that told me when each card was processed. Last August it said both my cards were processed, but I still havent received either card replacement. I sent another follow-up message in November and didnt even receive a response from them. This is a problem that other people have also faced and Panini still hasnt found a way to fix it.

      I have been waiting for 4 years for panini to honor a redemption card I pulled from a pack of Panini Prizm for a **** **** Autograph. I have reached out numerous times through the panini redemption tab on the app. No one will respond to my request.I spend money on the panini products to pull the high dollar cards and its disappointing that the company is selling cards with redemptions they dont intend to honor., essentially lying to customers and cheating them.

      Redemption of ****** ********* 2022 Panini Chronicles autographed card was submitted on 04/11/2023. I have yet to receive the card. I do not want any other offer, or "Panini points."       Panini inserts redemptions into their card boxes as guaranteed hits when they are unable to provide the card immediately for boxing. At current time I have one redemption that was exchanged for 1/10 value at the time in points and two other outstanding redemptions that have been at Panini for 3 years. It is absolutely unacceptable for businesses to cheat their customers in this manner.

      Panini America sells high end sport cards, from time to time they sell products with factory defects. They offer replacements but they want you to wait a year to do so. I have dealt with this same problem multiple times and this time Im fed up and would like this resolved asap.

      I keep calling and keep getting a different person telling me someone will contact you soon but no one does anything, i also spoke to a representative from ***** and they told me panini is stalling till they lose all there licenses and then they will not fulfill any open tickets.
