      I redeemed two cards on the Panini America website and later I wasnt given any updates on the card. I was given an option for them to send a replacement card and accepted it because I didnt want wait any longer. I requested this change early last year and then sent a follow-up message last summer asking when my card would arrive. Their response was sending me to a document that told me when each card was processed. Last August it said both my cards were processed, but I still havent received either card replacement. I sent another follow-up message in November and didnt even receive a response from them. This is a problem that other people have also faced and Panini still hasnt found a way to fix it.

      I have been waiting for 4 years for panini to honor a redemption card I pulled from a pack of Panini Prizm for a **** **** Autograph. I have reached out numerous times through the panini redemption tab on the app. No one will respond to my request.I spend money on the panini products to pull the high dollar cards and its disappointing that the company is selling cards with redemptions they dont intend to honor., essentially lying to customers and cheating them.

      Redemption of ****** ********* 2022 Panini Chronicles autographed card was submitted on 04/11/2023. I have yet to receive the card. I do not want any other offer, or "Panini points." The status has not changed since the day it was redeemed. Ticket number is *******. I would like delivery of the autographed card.

      Were very sorry that it has taken some for your redemption to be fulfilled. We understand that waiting for your redemption can be frustrating, but please understand that redemptions are not always available to attain from the highly sought after athletes.  In the event that a particular card is not available, we provide the option to request for a replacement, and this would likely be the quickest way to resolve your ticket.  I apologize that your redemption has been unavailable, but we can only provide the product when it has been completely finished.

      Panini inserts redemptions into their card boxes as guaranteed hits when they are unable to provide the card immediately for boxing. At current time I have one redemption that was exchanged for 1/10 value at the time in points and two other outstanding redemptions that have been at Panini for 3 years. It is absolutely unacceptable for businesses to cheat their customers in this manner.

      Panini America sells high end sport cards, from time to time they sell products with factory defects. They offer replacements but they want you to wait a year to do so. I have dealt with this same problem multiple times and this time Im fed up and would like this resolved asap.

      I spoke to multiple representatives on the phone even a supervisor and there has been no help whatsoever. Ive been through this so many times and its so frustrating how Panini runs their business.

      Just got off the phone with the customer service they were so nasty and told me to call back in 3 months if I havent heard anything, they also told me there still working on last years orders so this wont be resolved for at least a year. What kind of customer service is that?

      I keep calling and keep getting a different person telling me someone will contact you soon but no one does anything, i also spoke to a representative from ***** and they told me panini is stalling till they lose all there licenses and then they will not fulfill any open tickets.

      I have several redemptions pending, but I am really concerned because I know that Panini is losing the license to certain products soon and I wannamake sure that I get what I purchased. One in particular that is very high value is a **** doncic auto. Those customers are very frustrated with your customer service, cant get through to anybody when you call, and no updates on redemptions. Ive heard people getting cards in the mail from redemptions five years later, I dont even know if Ill be alive in another five years.That said, my Panini account is under the email ******************** and Id like to ask you to please give me an update on my redemptions if they can be fulfilled soon, Ive also heard people getting the card that they were guaranteed and getting a replacement instead. I think as customers and supporters of your product we deserve better than type of service. Many of us, including myself have spent tens of thousands of dollars on your products. Im sure you make plenty of money there, at least enough money to hire more people in your redemptions department to take care of this. I would be more than honored if I had that as a job. There are plenty of true sports fans who would love to work there. I guarantee you that. Please do better. Id like to see a reply soon, or give me a phone call at ************. And if I dont answer, then, please leave me with a direct line that I can call back or a message that gives me some information. I am hoping for good news

      I purchased a box of Panini Three and Two baseball product in November 2022. In the box a received a Quad-Jersey Autograph redemption card of Shohei Ohtani. I redeemed the card online and failed to receive anything from Panini for a year and a half. When I called them they said that Shohei Ohtani was not under contract and they would not be able to fulfill the redemption. They said the only thing they could do was offer an equivalent replacement. One year later still have not received anything from Panini.

      January 23rd at 9am pacific and 10 am pacific, two different products were made available for purchase. neither product was actually able to be purchased by the public due to 'technical issues' until the product was sold out in under 20 seconds. Instead all products were sold to secondary vendors that purchase them for $60 and turn around and sell for $1,600. Panini is clearly giving unfair advantage to secondary sellers and denying average customers the opportunity to purchase.

      When high demand products are made available on our website, there is normally an extreme volume of customers attempting to make purchases.  Unfortunately, this is the nature of online sales. Users will typically experience delays when orders are being received, and products sell out very quickly.

      We want all of our customers to complete their order during the release of the products that are in high demand, but we cannot control the processing times due to the extreme volume.

      On November 22, 2022 I submitted a redemption to Panini America for the following baseball card:2022 Panini Immaculate Collection Rookie Patch Autographs Black. There were only a quantity of 10 of this card and since it's a rookie patch autograph, it has great value.These redemptions were inserted into packs of 2022 Immaculate Collection baseball card packs. A box with 6 packs in it costs more than $800! The redemption code is FG5JE8CGNCF.More than 6 months ago, I filed a customer service Ticket with **********************, Ticket #*******. I've also contacted Panini several times via email and phone, but have still not received the redemption card or an appropriate replacement.

      Panini has a redemption card program when buying their cards. I specifically bought their products to have a chance to find one of their redemption cards. In short, I did find one of those cards and sent it in to be redeemed for the card promised. This was back on February 12th, 2021. That is almost 4 years ago. At what point does this become false advertising? Again, they specifically got me to buy their products because of their redemption cards and they still have not delivered the card that was promised. This has to be false advertising and should be dealt with promptly.
