If I could give a 0 I would. Don't send a card that's damages, you'll never even get your card back. Redemption are a 5 percent chance of getting filled. I got a hobby box missing a card that was an auto, still no response about where that is.Panini America

After the original 120 waiting period for your redemption, if we have not received the signature from the athlete you are prompted with different options. You can either replace the redemption with a replacement card (another card of equal or greater value), Panini Points, or other alternatives that we have available. Due to the number of athletes returning cards after release date, we are experiencing a backlog in fulfilling replacement card requests. Rest assured, we will fulfill requests as the players return their cards. However, if you choose to wait for the original redemption, we will notify you via email once a shipment is being created. To find out what other alternatives we have available please call the redemption toll-free phone number to hear more. For factory damage replacements, they are experiencing a backlog in fulfillment. If its in the queue, it will be replaced. You can also replace the factory damage card with Panini Points or other alternatives available. HORRIBLE! I sent in a redemption in July, 2020. It is now September, 2022 and I have received 0 response from my 6 follow-up requests on the Panini website. I also cannot get anyone on the phone. The redemption is not all that valuable to me, but I just would really like some answers.Panini America

Panini used redemptions to get cards into consumers hands when the players take too long to sign. You instead get a redeption card in the pack. However, 10's of 1000's of consumers are still waiting YEARS for redemptions with no one to reach out. If any other product had such a thing, they would be sued six ways to Sunday. Then, in my case, they remove the redemption and give me 250 points. To put that into perspective, you can't even get anything but a has-been player for this, and that is if you are lucky! Regardless, I would have never agreed to points, let alone such a small amount for a ********** card that my redemption was. 10+ emails only to have the email server tell me their inbox is full and they cannot accept new emails. They do NOT answer phones, their reps do not return emails regardless. This company is a rip-off and should be sued. If anyone reading this is wanting to start a class-action please reach out.Panini America

I am a single father and a disabled veteran and I love the HOBBY BECAUSE IT SAVED MY LIFE, I was headed down a very very dark road and believe it or not this helped pull me out of it and a very destructive path. It also helps me meet new people and also calms me down enough so I'm able to be around large groups again because my focus is on the cards and not my environment. Just to back my claims here is a screenshot of the open tickets I will be happy to to POST MY DD214 from the Army as well. With a very very very limited I try to rip with my son and a very ARMY buddy's but we usually have to split a hobby because we can't afford a good one but the times I usually get stuck with the points but too scared to send in afraid I will not get anything back. And with the people I don't PC I usually try to donate to a different veterans suicide awareness program like PROJECT 22 to help raise money due to 22 veterans a day committing suicide and countless others like me to bring awareness to combat related PTSD & substance abuse awareness. Panini America Inc is a false site that does not work. Redemptions for 12 years and they do not respond. Another from almost a year ago. They do not help customers out, all have ghosted or not responded. Many emails from multiple sources. Phone service is not legit, as they do bot respond to messages. Nobody has picked up phone, always answer machine. No way of contacting a service from panini in any way. Hundreds of emails, and dozens of phone calls without response. The site not deserve 1 star, it deserves absolutely nothing. Panini America is a false site. It is a scam.Panini America
