This company is a complete joke. I have been waiting for a redemption for a year now. Call send emails no response. I will never buy another Panini product ever again. They should be ashamed of how they handle their customers. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.Panini America

With redemptions, after the original 120 waiting period, if we have not received the signature from the athlete you are prompted with different options. You can either replace the redemption with a replacement card (another card of equal or greater value), Panini Points, or other alternatives that we have available (use the toll-free number to find out what alternatives we have available). Due to the number of athletes returning cards after release date, we are experiencing a backlog in fulfilling replacement card requests. Rest assured, we will send autographed cards as they continue to be sent in. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delay. However, if you choose to wait for the original redemption, we will notify you via email once a shipment is being created. Like many others, I submitted a redemption 23 months ago and received nothing and no response to any of my follow up emails. I am writing this review to suggest that people with complaints, file those complaints with the ***** ************************* They have a form right on their site for consumer complaints and they can actually take legal action against Panini whereas BBB can only warn people about Panini. I think BBB is doing a great job but the ** can hold the company accountable.Panini America

The redemption process is a total farce. Website says 6-8 week's to receive it. Over a year now and nothing. They are straight up lying, on time and I'm starting to wonder if they redeem anything at all. Wake up panini , do better. If that is even a possibility, I getting convinced it is not..Panini America

Been over 2 years for a redemption of Noir Signature Spotlight *********************. I have left 100's of voicemails and messages. Have never spoken to one single person at Panini. I will never again purchase anything from Panini. ***** will come back to them at some point. It is criminal what they have done with redemptions. Never buy a redemption. You will never get it. Ever. Panini is a disgraceful and greedy organization. May the Karma I speak extend to all employees and executives of the entity.Panini America

only 1 star because you have to!! The same as everyone else below. My son has been waiting 18 months for his "redemption" card.. countless emails, messages , all of which have NEVER been returned! Beyond frustrated and have a devastated son! Needless to say, we will NOT be buying Panini products EVER again!Panini America

I received today 10/28/22. A redemption card that l had ordered in 2012. An they apologies that the card l was to get is unavailable. So they sent me a *************************** rookie card an said the value of this card is higher. LolPanini America

I was supposed to receive a *************************** Year One Auto by redemption instead months later I get a 2008 *************************. Panini said that it was of equal or greater value; I disagree. They should not be allowed to offer cards they do not have.Panini America

I have made over 60 phone calls and left more than a dozen messages with customer service. I have emailed ********************** directly approximately 48 time in the past 6 months. I have responded on their website with inquiries into my redemptions. I have never spoke to one employee or recieved a response from anyone.Panini America
