      Micheal's had a policy to not return my heat press which I received as a gift have not used but once still in excellent condition I have my receipt and tryed to return but since I don't have A BoX it came in they won't return it .. it's inflation around the world I need my money back NOW NEVER SHOP *****************

      Ordered fabrics on line to make a quilt. Received one and when I inquired where's the other, I could not get a straight answer. I tried to find out what happened to the other half of the order through their telephone and online chats. I spent hours and only got a runaround. Ultimately, I received an email telling me the order was cancelled. This ruins my quilt project as the two fabrics were ordered to compliment each other. Also the one fabric I received is of poor quality, as is this store and their customer service.

      If I could give Michaels a 0 star review I would. Their customer service is abysmal. I ordered some items and they are getting shipped to an incorrect address, even though the correct one is selected as the default address. I contacted Michaels within minutes of placing the order (as I noticed right away). They won't help me. They said they cannot change or cancel the item because it is in process. I then asked who it was being shipped with so that I could contact the shipper and try to re- route the package. They said that they couldn't tell me that information until it was already en-route. I understand, but by this time it may be impossible to change. I have lost my money and will not get my order. They then asked me what else they could help me with. They never helped me with anything in the first place.

      I ordered 5 packs of 3 skeins of yarn (for a total of 15 skeins) from Michaels.com and instead received only 5 skeins. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives (on chat, by phone, and on ********** The first two representatives told me I would have to return the items to get the correct number (even though all I needed was 10 more skeins mailed to me). The customer service representative on ******** told me he would look into it, then never wrote again. Despite being assured that I would receive a return label by email, I never did and had to drive to a store instead to return the yarn (which is now out of stock). The staff at the Michael's store were friendly but struggled with the return process. I later received a package from Michaels.com, but again it included only 5 skeins. I attempted to leave a review on the product page to warn others of the issue, but my review was not posted. Others had the same issue, but it took several weeks for the listing to be removed from the website. I ended up ordering the remaining skeins from a competing store and will not be shopping at Michael's again.

      Terrible online customer service ordering . I ordered two bolts of Halloween fabric totaling 20 yards 10 yards of one Halloween fabric and 10 yards of another on October 8, 2022 I got a text message immediately telling me they were preparing my order. Then I got a text message on October 10 telling me that my order was being shipped my total was $101 they took $50 out of my account and said the one bolt of fabric was waiting for a courier to pick it up I called several Times and on October 13 and 14th I called again and was told not to worry my order was going to be there shortly long story short I never got any of the fabric and they took half the money out of my checking account I called the company wrote to everybody I could think of I am beyond disgusted my grandchildren pick this out for their clubhouse and Halloween activities we were going to have all kinds of fun capes and clothes for their dolls and toys they just killed it for them and killed it for me I will never trust Michael's again with anything terrible customer service and I was lied to every single time I called very very very bad customer service they don't stand by their word they're not reputable and I'm going to Tell everyone I could think of including people on my sewing blog what an awful place this was to try to do business with maybe I dodged a bullet.

      I will NEVER order online from this company again. They charged me THREE different times for ONE order that they had to split into TWO shipments. When I call them, they ask for a screenshot of the charges. I emailed the screenshot to them and they let me know that they're authorization holds for each shipment... So, first, why am I being charged separately for each shipment and 2, why THREE charges?!? Amazon doesn't do this... ***** doesn't even do this and they both have sent me multiple shipments for one order plenty of times. Why does this company do it?? Now, my money is tied up with this mess and they're now telling me that the amount of time it it takes for the holds to drop off the account is dependent on the banking institute. My bank says Michaels doesn't know what they're talking about. This just seems fishy to me, and I won't be dealing with Michaels online or in-store every again. Buyer beware!!

      Dont order online beware Online purchase - arrived - next day - return to store, store claims they don't have. Receipt- (none in box) did not wish to see my email Confirmation nor run payment check. nor did I Given credit for lowest price sold??!!! Next 2 "20" inch wreaths arrived that were very small - maybe 8 inches. Spent 3 hours on chat, phone etc.. was told no need to return wreathes and refund $28 dollars. Actually no refund recd and part of order was cancelled?

      After completing an order that I wanted to pickup from the store, the order indicated it was going to be shipped instead so I attempted to cancel the order, and clicked the button to cancel, however it did not allow the cancel. After speaking to customer service, they advised they are unable to cancel the order, but I would be able to once the items have been shipped. When I attempted canceling the order when it was shipped, I again was told I could not cancel the order as the order has already been processed, shipped and assigned a tracking number. I explained to the rep that I was unable to cancel the order due to a glitch and all I kept getting was "we are unable to cancel the order due to it already being shipped." The first time I called, the order had not even been processed. To be provided incorrect information and the lack of assistance when, supposedly, the order could have been canceled, as it was attempted beginning less than 5 minutes after completing the order is ridiculous. This is by far the most horrendous experience with a business to cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing the order. I will be returning the order as soon as it is received. Thanks to *****'s, I was able to get what I ordered, and they price matched. Much better customer service at *****'s. I will never do business with Michael's again. Not until they improve their customer service.

      I was shopping in michaels on July 15, 2022. It was a Friday morning before my surgery. I had a couple hours to kill So I decided to go shopping at michaels. There was a clearance event happening and I wanted to try something new. I was excited to be there as I haven't been to Michaels in some time. Anyway, I noticed quickly that I was being followed The manager on duty made it a point to pass by me a number of times and look in my cart. He followed me for an hour i was also waiting on my girlfriend to cash app me some money. I just decided to put stuff back bc she hadn't sent me the rest of my money yet and I was pushing it on time. So I get up to the register and the cashier says to me ",my manager is back there watching right now so I just want to say if you have anything in your bag then you need to take it out before you try to leave." I then said I don't have anything jn my bag. Why would you say that to me. She then proceeded to finish up scanning all the things i was purchasing. I had a couple dollars left that I was able to spend so I asked if I could run maybe 4 feet away and grab the necklace charm I was looking at before. She said she had to cancel the transaction.... She all of a sudden says ok that's it. I need to look in your bag and proceeded to grab it. I grabbed it back and pulled it towards me and I said wait what are you doing. ShE said there was reason to believe I put something in my bag so she had to search it. And I opened my bag a little more which contained my coloring book and pencils and pens. Some clothes.Some underwear bc I couldn't put my car window up and was headed to have surgery and brought my clothes with me. I also had my keys. Some food, a drink. Some supplies fromhome so I had something to fo while waiting to be discharged. She then said ok I'm sorry. They thought you had something in there.fill out the survey and use my name and I'll send you five dollars. I was mortified. 5 dollars will not make this ok
