      Dry Force came out an hour after I called for an evaluation . **** **** was my mitigation consultant.**** was courteous, informative and gave me options for what Dry Force could do to address my problems.Once I agreed to start the drying process for 2 bathrooms he brought in fans from his truck and his team will be able to come in right after the fans have dried out the areas that needed drying.They will pull out baseboards, disinfect and anything else needed.I am very happy with the courteous service I have gotten so far.

      I wanted to provide an update to a previous review as I have spoken with the GM of the San Antonio office and was given A+ service. He was helpful, understanding and was able to correct all measures. I would definitely recommend using Dry Force and I will definitely use them for any water damage issues we have in the future.       ****** ******* and ****** I was about to have a heart attack about the water damage. These guys arrived so fast and calmed us down , educated us , did their thing . Answered all my questions !!! , Estvan has great knowledge. They were so kind . ****** was so nice to help me talk my insurance company. I will always highly recommend yalls company. I am beyond grateful for Estvan and your company .

      ****** ******* has been very helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my issues. I had water damage in my townhouse from a neighbor that shared a wall. He was very helpful in explaining the situation and the process to fix it. He even waited for the tech to come to my house and to be sure everything was satisfactory. I would recommend him and his company.
