      **** with Dry Force was the calm in our storm. He walked us patiently though a plan with thorough explanations. We could feel the weight of our situation lifting off our shoulders as he took the lead and helped ease our minds on what should happen with our water damage. He was quick to leap into action and start drying things out right away!

      Fast response to my emergency situation at my house. Mr. ****** *********, the service technician who did the initial assessment was very professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and took his time to make sure I understood the process and what needed to be done. The job is just starting, but so far I am satisfied with how Dry Forces services.

      I had a pipe burst this summer and this company was recommended by the plumber. I filed with insurance. Dry Force explained the process to me on the first day. I had my insurance adjuster on site at the same time as the Dry Force manager to ensure they were on the same page about what needed to be done/what was going to be billed. Dry Force was supposed to come out daily, but cancelled multiple times in a row stating they didn't have the workers or availability. I contacted the operational manager as fans were left at my home but not running due to their cancellations; he assured me he would remove the costs since the equipment wasn't running, but it was still on my bill. The demo team was not officially part of the dry force team; they were also incompetent to where they removed dry wall in a dining room that should not have been touched & I also had to point out areas that they were supposed to demo but didn't. I contacted the manager again to express my concerns and he just kept repeating "we aren't going to bill for things that don't make sense." However, they did bill for things that didn't make sense and also things that they didn't do. Both dry force and my insurance agent stated there should not be discrepancies between the bill and insurance payment. For perspective, dry force came to my house for less than a week but billed me for over a week of work. They even left equipment at my house after the job was completed . My final bill was over $18,000 and insurance is paying $9,000. I understand there are often discrepancies with insurance, thus I had the agent talk to the manager before work was done on my house. Dry Force billed for a drying time that was about double the actual drying time used & they billed for mistakes they made (and could not justify why they did it). I am still trying to resolve billing errors, but they have been unresponsive to my requests for calls back. I DO NOT recommend this company due to dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

      ****** ******* was our tech and he was amazing!! Super polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Our plumber had already come out and didnt find the leak. Estvan found the leak from our inside AC unit and was so helpful getting everything set up to be repaired. *************** is hard to find and I will not hesitate to use these guys again!

      ****** ******* was excellent. He was empathetic, kind and professional. Most of all, he knew what he was talking about. He was very patient with me, answering my questions. Then, he waited while I spoke to the insurance adjuster on the phone. I am thankful that he came. Its not fun coming home to water pouring out into the room

      ***************************************************** both did a fantastic job in helping me and my family get started with taking care of our water damages. They were very precise and professional with breaking down all the information needed to understand how the entire process goes, & were also very nice & friendly while doing so! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting these guys for any help you need, & both of them definitely need raises!!
