    There is a large ***** infestation that the owner of the franchise refuses to close the store and address. He is forcing the store manager to open when She does not want to be liable for the contaminated food. She has told them multiple times she cannot allow the continued contamination of smoothies to be sold to customers. The roaches are in multiple food containers and have been caught around the walls and floors too.

    Hi, I visited Smoothie King on 7/28/2024 around 4:16PM at *************************************************. I ordered two smoothies one was an Angel ***** I requested NO MILK. And the second was an *************** and I asked for plant based protein powder. I requested NO MILK because my partner and I have dairy allergies and do not consume dairy. I did not received a receipt because I paid in cash. After heading home and drinking some of the smoothie. I started to have an allergic reaction. I immediately felt my throat closing up and felt like I was going to vomit. I am also pregnant so this was very uncomfortable and scary for me. I immediately recognized they made my Angel **** smoothie incorrectly and stopped drinking it and returned to the store with the smoothie and asked for a refund and replacement smoothie. The cashier created a different smoothie for me that was plant based and told me she was new and didn't know how to issue a refund. She informed me the manager would return the next day. The next day I went back to Smoothie King with my unfinished contaminated smoothie...and explained the situation to the cashier. He then Brought out the "General Manager" ****, who said she wasn't "finna" give me a refund because I received a replacement smoothie. I explained that when I got the replacement smoothie I also expressed that I wanted a refund for the product that was contaminated with an ingredient I am allergic too. She ensured that the smoothie was made correctly and it was likely do to cross contamination. She offered me a coupon for another smoothie which I declined and asked for a print out of my receipt because I was never given one. When she gave me my receipt it blatantly showed that the cashier did NOT ADD MY REQUEST FOR NO MILK. Showing blatant negligence for the health of me as a consumer and my unborn child. I would like a refund for my transaction, since the manager refused to refund me for a product I didn't receive. Receipt is attached below

    I order a bogo offer from Uber eats for smoothie king. I placed the order and went to pick it up and they only had one. I asked the server where was the other order they said the order was for one. I showed her the bogo promo and how it says add 2 to order and Im not sure why only 1 was added. They told me to call Uber to receive a refund for my order in a very unpleasant and nasty way as if they were irritated saying thats Ubers promo and because their promo does not work I need to contact them. **** would also not give me the refund saying I had to add 2 to the order but when you add the items to checkout it says add 2 as if you are adding 2 to the order. They are scamming customers into purchasing from these restaurants by offering a bogo deal then purposely make it seem as if its adding 2 items to the cart just to only add 1. Then They tell you, that you cant get a refund. So I I tried to do a full return and take the 1 smoothie back and smoothie king had then locked the door only servicing drive thru at 6:15pm????? I was just inside? So if I dont want an item I cant return it????? Something doesnt seem right here. I WANT A FULL REFUND AT THIS POINT from either party O dont care which one. I was at the 13 mile and ******** location in *********!!

    Purchased Gladiator Powder from January -June 2024 Was very happy until the final tub made me and my son very sick with intestinal pain, cramping, diarrhea.I came to the store requesting a refund on an unopened container (about $50.00 and was deflected on Monday (06/24/2024 am; 06/25/2024 am and was told that they are not trained to do refunds and "can't". I was finally told that if I gave my name and phone number, the owner would call me later on 06/27/2-24....NO CALL. I called on 06/28/2-24 and no one answered the phone then I was sent to voicemail. I left a message but no return call, yet.I have purchased 2 tubs per month since 12/23- that is approximately $700... I expect that if there is a problem with one of the tubs, Smoothie King should stand behind their product.

    One of their locations is consistently closed. Three times, the most recent being 9/28/03 back until 08/22 of last year, I ***** placed a mobile order, they have charged me, but the business is closed so there's no one to complete my order or give me a refund. It's consistently closed. There's no formal way for customers to reach out for customer service. Once you find their feedback line, they say you need to speak to the business owner, but no one provides a method to contact the owner if the store is closed. I have contacted Smoothie king on 09/27. It is now 10/02, I have answered all their questions and there is no resolution.

    This is the third time I have been to the smoothie king and I paid for an enhancer and it was not given to me with the enhancer in my smoothie the owners wife is always so rude when I ask fir it to be fixed correctly everytime I took the lid off to show the employer at the drive thru that it was made wrong and placed the lid back on top of the cup after and she said she would fix the error but she drop the smoothie the owners wife came 2 the window falsely accusing me of dropping the smoothie. Then goes on to tell me I'm no longer welcome at the smoothie because they did my order wrong she was very aggressive and extremely rude to for her employees always getting my order wrong. I so upset by this I go to the smoothie king at least 3 or 4 tines a week.

    0X-XX-XXXX between 3pm- 3:30pm...To have just left a funeral today .Traveled through over seven states. To come and and think, I can shift the moods of my daughter and myself her favorite snack ( smoothies) I pulled up and I ordered two drinks the first red flag was the company's hourly employee that was taking my ordered was not familiar with the " Nutrition Blend" I ordered The Mango/ Pineapple greek yogurt & Apple Kiwi kale with both having Ginger / energy powder as addition, After completing this order I reinstated Both drinks 20oz. Furthermore I was asked to pull around, I hand the young woman who appeared to be latina/mexican heritage looks around 20-23 years old. She hands me back a receipt and change. With no bills, I noticed i was charged for a 32oz and a 20oz when i know factually i precisely asked for two 20oz. I attempted to get her attention for about 5 minutes. By time she acknowledged me, The drinks were prepared. But never actually handed to me. So i asked her politely can she ensure both drinks are 20oz. I don't want any of it to be wasted. The 20oz size is more than sufficient. She immediately rebuttals with we DO NOT offer refunds sorry incompetently aggressive. I respond with i this encounter of this purchase is not being handled respectfully, with the tone and energy of this employee. I no longer feel comfortable with this transaction. I would like a refund. Completely. I spent my hard earned money, At a business that's supposed to uphold a certain level of honesty and integrity and customer service. All of those items were absolutely absent during this encounter. Things get stranger a young black woman looks like she can be 30 years old with braids aggressively mocks me and laughs and says what else you want you ain't getting ****. I was thoroughly applauded.     On 08/04 at 7:10am I ordered a Energized Smoothie and attempted to use my $2 off feel energized before 10am reward. I used my app to purchase the order but unfortunately when I made my purchase it did not in fact apply my $2 discount. I informed the lady at the counter and she stated that there was nothing she could do but I could come back another time and get $2 off my next order. I asked her could I speak to a manager perhaps that can help and she replied I would have to try back later. I called later that day spoke to a manager name Dillon who told me I should have made sure the reward was selected and that the discount was applied before paying. I replied that I did and I would like my adjustment or would like to speak to someone who could assist. He refused to provide me with his managers name and very rude stated that the $2 off is all they can offer and I can stack that with any discount at their location as long as I don't use the app to pay they would take care of me. I visited the same Smoothie King today 08/05 at 2:59pm to test what Dillon said was true I ordered a smoothie 32oz to get my free upgrade and to use my $2 off credit they had. The lady had to scan my phone to upgrade my smoothie for free. Once she did, a receipt came out and I gave her my name to receive my discount Dillon promised me and she informed me that my smoothie already was purchased through the app. Come to find out she scanned the pay scan instead of the rewards scan. Not only could I NOT utilize my $2 credit but I got the exact same dead face explanation of "there is nothing we can do" remark as I did from yesterday's counter employee and manager Dillon. I then asked her are you able to cancel the order if I do not want it and she replied no. I am beyond mortified and feel scammed at this point out of over $13.
