    I have been a consistent customer purchasing two bubs of Gladiator Powder for the past seven months ($700). The last tub made me very sick and to cheek if it was the product , my son had a serving and it made him very sick, still recovering from significant abdominal paid and diarrhea. The precious tubs did not have this effect. We disposed of the tub the tried to return the unopened one, explaining the situation and was told that they do not know how to do refunds. I was told to come back the next day and the manager could help me. I returned (better things to to than this paper chase) with the tub and was told by the manager, so sorry, the person who told me to come back must have misunderstood. I was told that if I gave my name and phone number, the owner would call me back...I just want a refund for one tub. Still...no response. I would think that the ************, ******** location would want to keep a good reputation and simply refund for the tub...with the health issue impacting me from the product, this could become more complicated.

    Please keep in mind I called at 2:37 and told them dont rush to make it! Just put it in the freezer so itll stay cold. So there was no rush! So I received my order without bananas and hazelnut spread. Why?? I Called and was assured that it would be remade and corrected. Told them I paid for extra granola and extra cocoa nibs!Guess what? got my order and it was more wrong! It had blueberries and no hazelnut spread! When I called employee S said oh its several new ppl who started and it was remade the way it had been made before with the addition of bananas! So it was wrong again, even more wrong ! I am throughly confused! This is the umpteenth time my order has been made wrong! I dont care who is new , there should be quality checks done before smoothie bowls go out the window! How is it soup before I get home? I should just ask for a straw because its mush anyways!I hate the customer service here! The employees act as if they have a chip on their shoulder! They lack empathy and the foundation of what good customer service entails ! If theyd like I love to teach you all about good customer service because the less than best customer service they give is crazy! I have literally stood at the edge of the counter waiting on an employee to acknowledge me to ask me if everything is alright? Do you not know they kept on as if they didnt see me and then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered when I went back to the register ! My question is am I the customer or nah? Cause I thought my satisfaction was important!Update: spoke to the manager and the condescending , rude, disrespectful is the attitude it would appear of the WHOLE TEAM! The guy told me I would suggest you order smoothies instead of the bowls. You are the only person complaining about the bowls. He also stated that He could not continue remaking bowls for free. As if I asked for a bowl to be made free! If Im paying for my bowl to look like the picture why doesnt it!

    I really love Smoothie King but the location in ******, ** on ************** is horrible. I place my order online as usual but not at this location. I ordered and paid for it online and got my confirmation number and receipt. But when I got there. My order couldn't be found and they didn't know what to do and didn't want to make my order. After several attempts to call the manager they still was lost and had nasty attitudes. So after they decided to make my order it was made poorly and hardly anything in the bowl. No extra strawberries in which I ordered originally. I will never go back or order at this location ever again.
