      I made an order using the **** Easts app. The resteraunt in which I ordered from identified themselves as The Meltdown. When I arrived based on the addressed entered into the **** it was Denn'y's resteraunt. I asked the attendants is this suppose to be "The Meltdown," she replied, "Yes, that is our virtual kitchen." That was very disappointing and upsetting because I have already paid for my order through the app and scheduled for pickup in store. Needless to say, i had already driven there on my lunch and did not have time tomake forlunch someplace else. Once I got back to work my food was burned up and cold. I am filing this complaint as I feel scammed by this business and taken advantage of. Had I knew this was Denny's I never would have ordered there as they have a 1 star rating on **** and has poor quality service and food. It is not posted publically anywhere in this resteraunt or online that "They meltdown" is being orperated as a virtual kitchen at Denny's.Becuase most people use the **** Eats app for delivery services, they are being taken advantage of thinking they are ordering from one place and in actuality they are ordering from Denny's. This is unethical and untruthful. this business lacks integrity *********** in its operations and should be investigated.

      I had high hopes when I joined Dennys, but my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The work environment is toxic, and management is disorganized. Communication is poor, and theres a distinct lack of support for employees. Despite the promises made during the hiring process, the job did not live up to expectations. ******************* is chaotic, and the lack of clear direction makes it difficult to succeed. Additionally, the company's approach to employee wellbeing is non-existent, and morale is consistently low. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and fulfilling workplace.

      I usually have breakfast at this specific Dennys once a week at a minimum and today I was met by server, *****, who told me I was unable to be seated at the counter because it was closed. I asked if I was able to be seated in a quiet area away from the ********** said he could do that. I took my seat and put my noise cancelling earphones on, while I was looking at the menu ***** proceeds to yell from the kitchen to the customer seating area to another co-worker about personal situations for the next five minutes. At this point I requested to be seated on the other side because "it was a bit loud on this side." ***** immediately got angry & yelled well this is a restaurant you can't expect people to be quiet. He then thew the menu on the table & went back to his coworker and was berating me to her where other patrons could hear as well. I could hear him through my earphones & can see him glaring & waving his arms in my direction. I approached him to explain why I was requesting a quieter area & told him I had ********* acknowledged that he knew that was a disability & became hostile & verbally aggressive towards me. He then told me he was a supervisor (which is untrue) & is now refusing service to me & threatened to call the police. He mentioned his GM was outside & I could speak to her if I wanted, at this point I am shaking & almost to the point of crying when she walks in. It happens to be the same woman who serves me & knows me and my simple accommodation request well. She profusely apologized to me & stated she just rehired ***** and was hesitant to due so as it seems as he has shown verbal aggression to her & another female supervisor who was there. The other supervisor confirmed his mistreatment of his female co-workers & also offered to walk me to my car as I was concerned ***** may do something to harm me as even 30 minutes into my meal he was still yelling & arguing with his GM. I have submitted a complaint to the ******************, *********************

      To start the waitress totally fine no harm done from her just doing her job but my god was the food horrendous. We ordered the Philly cheese steak omelet for starters it is not steak at all it is cheap grossly dry stew beef I got a side of sausages they they served completely raw an cold an it seems thats how they cook them all. My partners crepes were completely under cook how too do you under cook a crepe. A come of the fruit on it was old an dry. Their manager was completely annoyed at me complaining an gave not a single care in the world honestly so bad Im contemplating never going too another dennys again. Burger kings breakfast is better than anything they served **. On top of that the roof is leaking an they have no urgency too fix it ever
