5 starsIf you need a team that takes care of you . TruStar is the way to go. From the time we called them they were out within 24 hours to acess the damage and get a plan together to get things going. They removed all the water damage took care of the mold that had developed from the leak and put everything back together..This team rocks..Thanks for a job well done..Review fromEddie S

5 starsI've worked with TruStar Restoration on 2 large water damage issues in my home over the past 5 years.Both times, ***** and his team have been up front in guiding me toward completion.I was informed that I could use their sub-contractors for demolition, re-construction, etc OR I could get my own private companies.I used TruStar's sub-contractors and was very pleased with their work. ************ have an eagle eye for things being done correctly and they make it right!TruStar's billing **** stayed in touch with my insurance company and everyone kept me informed about the situation and what part I would be responsible for paying.I highly recommend TruStar!Review fromLegna F

They use aggressive sales tactics. They assure you that insurance will cover it and then they bill you high fees. They put a 120+k lien on our 330k house and my family has been displaced 100+ days trying to find a contractor willing to repair our house after their work and deal with the insurance fairly after the fact. TruStar are really good in the lien filing department. They've filing 2-3 per month. I don't know how a small team could do that many jobs in 30 days with legit 50k+ repair jobs.TruStar Restoration, LLC
