    Not a paid advertisement, lol. My son was begging me for a gaming PC for about a year but I struggled to find one for a good price. I found Discount Computer Depot by chance- a ******** friend was asking about them and someone else mentioned they were a good company. I bought a refurbished PC from them in March for a fraction of the cost brand new... Shipped it quickly. About a week into owning it, the monitor was a bit glitchy, it would gray out sometimes. When I reached out to customer service, we troubleshooted a few issues and then they shipped me a new monitor, no questions asked. I didn't even have to send back the other monitor first. and just today (two months later) my son was having issues with the graphics card, so I contacted Discount computer depot and the customer service is super quick and responsive- troubleshooted with me until we realized the graphics card had actually came loose inside. We've owned it for two months- so it didn't happen in shipping. My son must have done something. The tech support walked me through every single step to take the apart the pc and properly reinsert the graphics card. Its back to working perfectly now. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I just received my new computer and it performs excellent. The buying process was easy and the computer arrived well packed and looks and performs like new. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about purchasing from them due to some of the negative reviews. The experience that I had was very good.

    The cpu I bought works perfectly. They gave me a great price and accommodated my needs. We are replacing several systems in our office and they were able to get us up to date systems for the budget that we had. *Ofcourse, we just got the system launched today and so all seems good. I will come back to this review ...in a month or two...if we have any issues.

    I can not say enough good things about Discount Computer Depot, and especially their Customer/Technical **** ****** I'm a senior citizen, and I have NEVER encountered a more friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable individual. Discount computers took the computer I originally purchased from them back because it was the wrong computer for what I wanted to accomplish. Then, ***** went that extra mile and found a computer that perfectly met my needs, which I really appreciate. When the new computer arrived, it was very easy to set up and worked flawlessly with our software. We couldn't be happier!

    I ordered a ****** ThinkCenter M93P and received it on 8/2/2024. There were no power cords nor any paperwork. The router and a keyboard were the only things shipped. I have left a voicemail and sent an email to them on 8/4/24. I cannot hook it up to my desktop screen as there sent nothing to hook it up with. The order #******

    We spoke to the customer today 8/5 and have arranged to send her the missing power supply for the micro computer.  The order was for the desktop computer alone (see SKU 160434 on our website for confirmation) which comes only with itself and the power supply.  We will happily rectify this error by sending the power supply ASAP.

    I purchased a Chromebook from this company (a third party seller on ******** that was listed as new. It is NOT new, it is used, and VERY used at that. It's so old the printed information indicating serial number, part no., etc. is almost warn off of the laptop and the power supply. No response was received from the company regarding this issue. I strongly advise anyone to look at the negative reviews and complaints about this company if you are considering a purchase from them.

    Fortunately your order is still covered by our 30-day return policy so you can send it back for a full refund.  We will also cover the return shipping.  If you would like me to email a return label just let me know, I will.  Alternatively you can take it into your local ******* and they will handle the return shipping instead, it is up to you entirely. 

    I went back to check the Chromebook listing on *******'s website, and I genuinely don't see where the Chromebook is advertised as "new" - if I can find it then we can fix it, it sounds like an honest mistake where a template was used to create the ad and they just forgot to change the "condition" section.

    For context, we are a recycling / refurbishing company, and a ********* Authorized Refurbisher - refurbs are our entire retail business and we take pride in a good product for the lowest price. 

    P.S. I looked for any record of your attempts to contact us and I couldn't find a single email or message through the ******* platform.  It would be helpful if you could let me know how you attempted to reach out so I can close any gaps in our support team that caused your communique to be missed.

    i purchased a ****** n22 Chromebook and it works but- i had to re flash the whole thing to even get it to work because it was on a way outdated version of chrome os and was stuck on couldn't connect to network so i had to use my desktop and flash a chromeos image to an ** card press esc refresh power button and put the ** card in to re flash it with an up to date image and now everything works fine

    They send me a computer that don't work so I send it back and send me some other computer but it also don't work so I just eat the computer don't worry about the money,I know if I send it back I just get a computer again that don't work

    Hi Jimmy, I believe we spoke over the phone last week. Did you receive the battery I sent? I recall we spoke about installing the CMOS battery and then setting up the BIOS to try and get the computer working. Did you manage to do that? Also just so you know, you are still within the timeframe where you can return the computer for a refund.     Discount Computer Depot has gone beyond the normal to deliver an excellent computer at a very reasonable price. Mr. ******************** a representative of the company personally called to inform me that the original computer I order would not be available because of an accident at the warehouse. He offered a free upgrade to a better computer at the price of the one I ordered. I agreed, and computer arrived on time. I had a slight problem on my part not knowing about the **** USB dongle, and contacted the company. Within minutes, it was explained to me and the computer was up and operating flawlessly.Discount Computer Depot and it's employees care that their customers are happy with their purchases and appear to make things right even at their expense. I can say I am impressed and will make them my go to company in the future.
