      We were very happy with American steel from the staff we dealt with on engineering, scheduling and the installers were incredible and hard working. Very happy with our end result and have been telling everyone to get pricing from them if looking for a building. We did a 30X60

      My building is not square with my concrete pad, I have panels they failed to s**** down, panels that they missed the stud and now leaks water, self tapping screws all over my driveway and a hole in 1 of my car tires. They cut the leg off my existing car port to turn their truck around and just placed it back in it's spot without securing it. They left trash and cigarette butts all over my yard and food on my lawn mower where I assume they was sitting for lunch. Ive tried calling and nobody returned my call. Never again will I do business with this company and will not recommend anyone else.

      The crew showed up when they were supposed to and the 3 workers got after it and the 21x40 structure was up and complete in 6 hours They did not cut corners and put ratchet straps on walls to square it up I really like the trim that was put the edges and color scheme I chose, very happy with my shop

      American steel took my deposit and plan fee but was unable to complete the plans let alone build the building. I've requested to cancel my order to receive no response. The project was not a project they typically do, and they should have never contracted with me to do the project. Now I'm seeking my plan fee and deposit to be refunded. No response has been received, and they owe me over $12,000. There is additional cost mounting due to their negligence which will also need to be recouped. A FULL refund is due to avoid litigation.

      I had bought two buildings and after last winter my carport collapsed and the other steel building suffered extreme damage. Attempted to contact this company by phone and email. No response.

      great company to work with only thing they can improve is to keep ********** more informed even if they have no new news just give them a e mail you are keeping a eye on their purchase otherwise they are great

      The office girls were great! ********* and his guys built it in 7 hours and didn't miss a screw! They cleaned up and we walked around the project to double check the work. I was very pleased!
