  Being in ***************** American Steel Carports had to wait till the ground thawed because it is ground anchored. I was surprised after a call they said Tuesday morning, the next day another call they would start Monday morning early.They arrived at 8:00am, and started right away. By 10, the structure was up (this is a 30x50x12),... by 7:30pm, they were cleaning the area, and were done. The 4 man crew really worked in unison. It's unreal they could complete a building that size, and have it locked up with the keys in my ******* 70, I finally have a dedicated car workshop. Excellent work, really solid building.

  Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Everyone on the crew knew their job and the teamwork was amazing!Speed and accuracy was on display. Definitely recommend them!

  Do not use these people the installers left the roof with no screws. The walls do not go all the way up to the frame and there is a gap between the roof and walls. When I contacted them they took forever to get back with me I had to constantly call and text them they refused to come back and fix the problems I sent pictures and videos stay far away from this company

  I want to express my disappointment with the level of customer service we received. We hired the company to install a carport, and unfortunately, the entire project required constant oversight to ensure it was completed correctly. There was no offer for a discount despite the difficulties we faced. Additionally, there was a miscommunication regarding the color of the door, and I wasnt given the option for black until after the order arrived.The shed was initially installed crooked, which resulted in additional holes being drilled into our new concrete, and the old holes were not sealed properly. It took me standing next to them working the entire time and supervising what's supposed to be experts to have it installed straight and fix the metal siding to be fluent. The company hit our electric pole and cut deep ruts through our yard and drove away like nothing happened. The crew workers all speak Spanish and can't understand concerns. They'd call their boss and have their boss speak with us. The boss would just say tell them what you want and was completely useless. Furthermore, it seems there was a lack of organization on their end, as they were unable to confirm that we made our final payment. Ive spent half a day away from my job to address these issues, which is frustrating. The entire experience was unacceptable. I dont recommend ever doing business with this company. Wish we would've went a different route.

  It was a great experience. When they arrived they went they gave me a break down of what they would do and asked me how I wanted it everything to make sure it was all set up to my specifications. They even added a full sheet to each side instead of two half sheet because they said it would look better then them cutting it in half. They were finished in about 2 hrs and 30 mins or so. I barely had time to take a nap. It was a great experience.

  My experience went bad quickly. The first ********** were scheduled to come on Friday morning but they no called no showed. I called the main office and was told they should be there to start Friday afternoon. No one showed. Was told they would be there Saturday but same thing happened. They finally showed up on Sunday. They finished on Monday when I was at work. When I got home, I inspected the building, and found they had used old ***** screws and a piece of the siding had a huge ***** in the side. There were also over 100 screws scattered on the ground that i had to pick up. I called and they eventually sent someone out to replace the screws. This took multiple last minute re-schedules on their side. When they were done, they were supposed to check in to make sure that everything was correct but I saw them leaving and none stopped in. I had found they replaced only the scres on the sides and not the roof. I called again and they sent a third crew out. The third crew finally fixed things correctly and even fixed a couple other things that they saw were done incorrectly on the original install. The building was first installed in August of 2024 and was finally completed in March of 2025. In all, I would not recomend this place to anyone. After all the time I spent going back and forth with them on the phone plus the couple hours I had to spend picking up their garbage, plus the multiple days I had to take off work to be on-site when they never showed, they only gave me a $200 discount. The building seems to be pretty decent but not nearly worth it for the headache that the installation process gave me

  While the install crew was amazing, friendly and professional the ordering and contract process was lacking, after talking with 3rd party *** and getting the design I wanted the plant came back with more structural changes despite having all my info up front. That was fine I made my deposit and signed the contract with a balance due of ******. When scheduling the crew they said I owed ****** due (not on my contract) they said their math was off and kept sending circled areas on their contract despite being advised that amount due is ******. After back and forth I offered we split the difference and was told yes that works. When crew arrived they had the original 22, 300 due and stated their shop didn't say anything or get a call back. I sent myiple messages and made multiple calls with no return. ***Verify your contract amount***** they do not call back and ignore ore calls!!!

  The construction of the building was professional, and the crew was very informative, and the end result was done right.There was a problem with one of the windows, but they replaced it.
