I have a loan out but have a second account that is for a business and had not given them permission to take money out of that account. They had taken the money out of that account, causing an account to that is not set up to go negative to go negative. This will be causing a business issue as I have shipments going out that the money comes out of that account.Business Response

Deposited money in my account and bank held the money for 7 days without releasing it. When bills came in to be paid they were rejected and I was then billed ***** NFS charge per bill even though they were holding my money. They refused to give back the *** charges they applied to me. Paid my car loan on January 14, 25. It was taken out of my bank account twice that day. Notified the bank about the situation. They then credited 235 back in the account because it was taken out twice. That made it even and the problem was resolved then fast forward to February 18 there is an adjustment of 235. No one can seem to tell me what its for nor why its on my account.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: once more same company my third.deposit was placed on hold for five days. Mind you this is the third deposit from same company.Due to this I am being evicted from my place due to not being able to pay my rent on time. I also have no money to pay my bills or get groceries.
I am being forced to find another bank. I can't go into the branch due to my work schedule. This is why I use the mobile check deposit feature. The bank could and should call the bank to verify funds so their customer does not have to endure these issues. But, they refuse to help their customer.
Worst bank ever. No compassion for their customers. Not willing to help. They think it's ok to cause issues for their customers. It's borderline harassment.

On December 18th 2024 there was a fraudulent check wrote on my account with ********************** and it was processed through for $98.72. Plus two insufficient fund charges for this check come up to $68 charge. To Reach lifestyle. Number one I don't have checks, the name on the check was not spelled the way my name is legally spelled. I have called the bank I have file dispute. I have went and got the notarized paperwork that they asked me to supply. And I still have no resolution to this I would like my money back and since it's been a month almost I would prefer having my money back before the first of the month so that I can change Banks because this Bank evidently does not care enough about their customers to do anything about it or get the right kind of form of ID in order to accept or process a check. When I call them I get put on hold for 2 hours and still no solution. The Bank closed my account and reopen me another account without my knowledge so when I went to pay for groceries I couldn't because my card would not work. I see it as I'm on disability I need the $161 back immediately because I am broke can't even buy a dollar piece of candy if I wanted to. I think this bank is uncaring rude, and not very they don't follow through.Business Response

My creditreport shows that 1st ***** reported that the account was opened on 01/01/2019 account #**** I am not liable with this **** they did not provide me with the original contract as requested and the documentation that proves the amount that i allegedly owe every transaction with my signature leading up to the alleged amount. The report states that it was closed on 6/01/2019 and that the term was 9 months and also there is no last payment date there is several issues and inconsistencys False and inaccurate dates open on my credit account, inaccurate payment history and inaccurate date last active. I demand that this account to be removed from my credit report immediately this is clearly in violation violation of 15 USC ***************** and 15 USC 1681e(b). I demand that this account to be removed from my credit report Delete this account immediately because of direct violation of 15 USC ***************** and 15 USC 1681e(b).according to the fair credit reporting act Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.
