      We have had insperity (and isolved) since 2022. In that time there have been multiple issues but the largest issues being accrual times not calculating appropriately. We have met 4 times since 2022 to fix our accrual plans which are not difficult (full time plan, part time plan, MA sick plan which is mandated by state of MA for per diem employees). When conducting an audit this week we found multiple errors. Employees paystubs are not accurate regarding their accrued time and the policies in the system were input wrong with wrong calculations of time that was the fault of isolved. We have been overpaying employees vacation and sick time or it's been given at inaccurate times due to these errors. It was also discovered 1099s were having taxes taken out due to no *************************************************************** 2022 with both 1099s and W2s. We have not been even given a time to meet with leadership team in 3 business days despite reaching out to many people.

      We had a mistake in entering our paperwork that caused us to be charged for an additional month of service we didn't ask for. We have been trying to get that corrected but because the mistake included a date that the business uses to determine a time-frame when issues can be corrected we have been getting the run around. They have been wasting time to try and drag the issue out further to avoid refunding us for the month of service.

      I withdraw my 401k on 04/23/24 and was told a check would be issued in 7 - 10 business days. After not receiving my check within that timeframe, I reached out to **** (no answer) I reached out Insperity and I was told the check was issued on 04/25/24. I was told: If I wanted them to reissue the check, I would have to pay $50 for it. Its NOT my fault **** lost/stole my mail! I filed a complaint with **** and now Insperity doesnt care that I dont have the $50 to send them; hence why Im pulling the money out of my 401k, and I cant receive money that belongs to me because they wont waive the $50 fee. This is horrible! Why am I being held liable for a **** mistake?!
