    The office manager, *******, called regarding mail forwarding. ******* stated I had 13 individual pieces of mail. I provided ******* with my credit card number and requested a confirmation number; however she replied "You'll get an email as soon as I do it". When asked regarding the amount to be charged, ******* stated she did not know. I insisted my mail be forwarded and provided all pertinent information. In addition, I asked ******* if I should drive 5 hours to pick up mail and pay in person. ******* stated she would be done and the mail would have a tracking number. I checked my credit card and no amount has been charged for *** store center Number: ****. I do not wish to speak to ******* again or to anyone else at this establishment; I do want to know what was done with my mail and I would like my mail to be forwarded. ******* mentioned "***** Fargo" during our conversation--this is my bank and the contents of the mail may be important. Please provide written response. The phone call was last week or so mid-May 2023. My mailbox contract ends in June and I do not wish to renew. Please have business respond in writing. I have already provided my credit card information to ******* and I wish to have evidence of the business transaction. If absolutely necessary, I will speak to the owner of this organization; however ******* refused to give me her last name. Moving forward, I wish to have professional contact.

    *****, we called you on Friday to verify your information for forwarding your mail. We gave you the options for forwarding, and you chose to have your mail forwarded by **** without tracking information. We sent you an emailed copy of your receipt, as we said we would. You then emailed on Sunday at 9:09PM, and we replied Monday morning at 8:09AM, letting you know again that your mail is on its way, per your instructions over the phone.

    I am rejecting this response because: No, I was told verbally something different per *******. I refuse any further charges to my **** account and I notified my bank. I refuse to verbally correspond with you or anyone else associated with the UPS store #6110 or anyone at the ***************** Please make sure my box#*** is closed immediately and I wish no further contact, especially verbal communication.
