    Awful customer service. The manager was so rude people in line felt the need to speak up. They lost my labeled package. Ive spoken to the claims department twice and they said only the store would be able to assist. The store said there was nothing they could do. It seems like this is a very common issue with this location. They are throwing away packages. This was a return so I should be compensated the amount.

    *****, I'm sorry to hear your package is missing. As we explained, because we didn't create the label, we can't file a claim on your behalf, only the shipper is able to do that. I'm sure if you explain that to the claims department, they will be able to help you further.

    I am really impressed with *******'s and ****'s strong sense of urgency and they both were very friendly and professional. I had some company posters that had to be completed yesterday and they completed the job in half the time that I gave them. Great job ******* and ****. I will tell my colleagues about your great customer service.
