      If I could leave zero stars for this cooperation I would. They are scammers and will deny fraud claims when you close your account to put your account in the negatives and keep the money. I had so many instances of fraud and they are horrible about helping! I cancelled my account in a branch and they never cancelled it and now my account is negative. How? I dont understand how this happens when you sign in person to have an account closed. They kept a whole check of mine after it was closed and refuse to return the check. Scammers and fraudulent activity with this bank.

      I called in this past year 2023 and got help from a "manager" the guy said he would remove autopayments from my account and it was a lie because this morning when I called in a supervisor helped me and told me that apparently nobody set removal of autopay. The guy also went to the extent of telling me that I had never called in the past year 2023 and that there were 0 registered calls about me calling in. I also asked the gentlemen that there should be notes about me calling in and apparently the guy said that they don't LEAVE notes on the accounts. He said they would review my account for previous calls cause they dont see any at all.I also had an issue where I kept having to call in to get the bank to unlock my card for an hour at a time so I could use my own money on the card, I would have to call more than 6 times to finally get my card unlocked so it can be used. These practices the company use are unethical and need to get looked into because this is absurd. The Supervisor I spoke with this morning told me I was being rude for making remarks on how they handle their job. I asked him how am I being rude for commenting on how they work and the guy could not respond to my question, absolute unethical practices on behalf of the company.

      I love them, just don't like the -35 overdraft fee's that make me go over on my "overdraft limit"

      I am concerned that now when you write complaints on BBB that locations and addresses of locations get blurred out. Why would they do that.? Either way, my experience with this bank was ok until they hired unquailified people off the street. The passive aggressive and sarcastic remarks for the purpose of being abusive to the customer is now at a whole new level. Now the customer cant even complain about simple things like time, or employees not being knowledgable on what to do and then get upset at you because you complain about people not knowing what they should know. All the way having to deal with sarcastic and passive aggressive remarks. With all these bad reviews, HOW DOES THIS PLACE AN A+ RATING?...I guess now you pay for it and thats all it takes.

      All expenses on the account match. However, my balance never does. I check transactions for 6 to 12 months, all posted, so how are we getting different balances? I believe they are dipping into the initial starting balance and playing with numbers, causing overdraft for customers. When I ask IBC, they can't provide me with an answer. I'm closing my checking account. I've never had any problems with Chase checking. For the past 8 years, ***** and I have balanced to the *****. Beware! IBC is cheating customers!
