      It was not clear when I booked this hotel through the website that it was a none refundable reservation. I looked through the information and thought it was a ***** cancelation. Maybe I missed it but at this point all I can hope is that my plans don't change.It should be clearly stated before you hit reserve.

      I booked directly online. Our check in was seamless and the staff member who checked us in has outstanding customer service skills and certainly is an asset to the business. The room is large, modern, extremely clean and fresh; the view and sound of the ocean is amazing. The bed is comfortable, and balconies are well positioned. The underground secure parking certainly is a bonus.The location with the beach on one side and walking distance to ********* main street for shops, cafe's and restaurants is very convenient along with a short five minute drive to the main shopping centre and clubs. Perfect. We will be back.
