      I thought I was booking directly - I got a confirmation email and directed me to THIS website having read this review - I nervously rang the hotel directly and all seemed fine. They have me booked in as expected. Finger crossed - our visit is not for another 2 months I have left a 3-star rating which may be based upon hope (and prayer) ************

      I made a reservation on what looks like the hotel website and never got a confirmation I called the hotel and they did have the reservation, but said it was made through expedia, when i called Expedia it was told it was made through Hotel one then i called them and was told it was made through Eurobookings.com The website said it was refundable and the reservation according to ************ is not refundable and they over charged me by 2000$ Such a scam someone needs to put this company out of business

      scam site...I thought I was booking with *********** directly but I wasn't....they over charged hugely and wouldn't cancel my reservation unless they billed in full. This is an unscruplous company that should not be operating in North America.

      I went to my hotel site, did all needed to reserve, and got a confirmation page, but with a greatly augmented amount. And there I realized I was on a page of *********, which I had never heard of before! Shocked, I tried to cancel: the "click here" link gives an error page... Tried phone number they give: auto menu, then hung up on me. Called the hotel, they got reservation, they say from Expedia (!!), they never heard of *********, and cannot reimburse me. Finally managed to "cancel" on hotelsone.com, very quickly, they display a "Success" badge! But... never got any email from them and, not surprisingly, no reimbursememt yet...

      What a sleazy outfit. They charge your card without telling you they will. Then when you try and cancel, their site says the cancel link is not a valid site. When you call them their phone tree lies and says you can only cancel through the hotel. That is not true! The hotel gave me Expedia's number. Expedia owns them. They canceled the reservation. We'll see how fast I get a refund. If they jerk you around about canceling call Expedia.

      Total Scam. Booked a room and paid the hotel $360 but charged me $460. When I booked I thought I was on the hotel website and not on hotelone.com. Must have accidentally mistyped into the browser. I swear I never confirmed but my reservation went through anyway and was non-refundable. I highly recommend you don't book with this company.
