Could not of ask for a better experience with this group! I was a little worried about my choice as you see samples and its hard to visualize what the final product will truly look like. **** ****** was amazing on his visit and went over and beyond to help me make the right decision. **** stayed in touch through text and calls to keep me updated on installation date. ******* was very professional and thorough on explaining all the details on his arrival. They take precautions to protect all your floors/carpet with drop cloths during installation and clean up after project is finished in just two days!!! Thanks to ****** and ******* for your help also. Highly recommend for tub to shower conversion.

I have scheduled an appointment twice. They said they would call me they day before to confirm. I told them I work in a busy office and can't take time for personal phone calls. I asked them to confirm by texting. They said that was okay. Person texting to confirm at one point said I needed to call immediately. Another text said that my appointment was confirmed. We try and make it easy for customers to schedule and confirm their ***************************** using various forms of technology, but there are certain times because of the drive time of our Design Consultants that we do need to speak with a customer to confirm the **************************** and make sure they are going to be home. We will look into this situation and conduct the necessary training to make sure that we don't upset a potential customer. I had a walk in tub installed. I think in is wonderful. It fells pretty fast and drains fast. **** did a great job installing it. I have shown it to several of my friends and they think it is great. It looks beautiful in my bathroom . thank you Zintex.Zintex Remodeling Group
