Zintex is A+! I was recently overseeing a design project for 2 clients who were wanting numerous upgrades for their home, which included bath/shower remodels for two of their bathrooms. ********************* recommended Zintex. My clients were very impressed with *******'s professionalism and trustworthiness, so they went with Zintex. ** came out to do the quote & helped them feel @ ease with the process. The project turned out beautifully, and they were pleased with the result.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of our bath renovation. We needed a total gut job. The estimator met with us for nearly 3 hours, answering questions, letting us take the time we needed to choose our *************. Our installer took 5 days, but we wanted it done correctly, not quickly. The finishes, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail by our installer ***** was fantastic. He communicated well with **, and he even had suggestions to the layout that made it look even better. He cared how our bathroom turned out.
We didn't know what to expect and had never done a renovation like this before, and we're so happy we did, and love the results.
Our bathroom wasn't a bargain. We didn't want a bargain, we wanted beautiful, fresh bathroom, and that is what we got. Zintex has the materials, workmanship, installation, and customer service to make your bathroom beautiful. This is our experience: it was worth it.Zintex Remodeling Group

Beware.. scheduled an appointment and once they showed up the estimator only took 5 minutes and said it will be 30k to redo just the shower. Evidently they were not interested in the work for a small shower or they are scammers seeing if we were going to take the deal. This was in **************** Texas so locals beware you have other better choices. Don't waste your time with this company.Zintex Remodeling Group

Mr. ****** set the appointment to meet with one of our specialist. Out specialist arrived on-time to the appointment, Mr. ****** was not home, his daughter was there to meet with our specialist. Mr. ****** daughter was polite and helpful, she and our specialist reviewed the bathroom together. We took moister measurements, bathroom measurements and expressed how our products would solve the issue. Our specialist asked to meet with Mr. ****** to explain the scope of work needed to resolve and remodel the bathroom. Mr. ****** daughter said, "if it costs more than $15,000, he will not be interested". Our specialist issued a round number based on the information provided.

Customer signed our certificate of completion upon completion of the remodeling contract. Customer withheld payment claiming our Installers damaged their staircase step. The damage was not caused by Zintex, however we went above and beyond, where Zintex had a technician repair the damaged step. The customer claimed the staircase was not repaired, therefor withheld final payment.
Zintex used legal counsel to collect the balance due for the completed remodeling project.
Customer is using their online review to try and damage our company's reputation, to then not have to pay us in full. Zintex will not be forced to give any customer $X,XXX of dollars off because of something that we didn't damage, create or are responsible for.

That is a lie. The damage was caused by Zintex because they laid protective covering meant only for the carpet on the stairs and yet they placed it on our bottom step which is oak and ruined the finish. They are a horrible company and liars.Zintex Remodeling Group

They ruined our bottom step because they put a protective covering over it which peeled all the varnish off. If you had a place to put a picture, I have proof. They sent out a guy to fix it, but he did nothing at all to fix it. Worse company ever!
