  Similar to a review posted on 12/06/2021 by a customer of **********************'s, we have experienced the same service. Initially, one debt was collected by NCCG and they paid us and asked us to leave a good review on ******* We did and have since removed that review. They lured us in with that one collection and payment. After that, we sent them three other debts to collect from three separate non-payers.We were told numerous times that they collected the three outstanding debts and that we were to receive payment checks. This all happened in October 2023. After numerous contact attempts we were repeatedly fed excuse after excuse, and finally no contact by NCCG was ever made again. We've attempted to contact their main office line numerous times and it just rings.The outstanding debts were collectively over $20k. We recently had one of the customers call, who owed over $17k, and said he paid the debt to NCCG. We never received payment from NCCG for this collection. He stated he would seek legal action against NCCG.Imagine contacting a debt collection company to help recoup some of the money owed for the work you completed only to find the company you hired is a scam. Its a horrible feeling... Please do your due diligence with collection companies.

  This company is mediating a dispute between me and a roofing company regarding an unpaid balance, attributed to extenuating circumstances. A******, the representative assigned to my case, has been consistently unpleasant to work with. Her communication, both via email and telephone, has been marked by extreme rudeness, nastiness, and unprofessionalism.Despite my repeated inquiries about the possibility of setting up a payment plan, A****** has responded with abrasive emails restating the balance and sidestepping my question. During one phone conversation, *** falsely claimed that we had spoken before and that I had denied my involvement in the matter. When I requested evidence of this alleged previous conversation, she refused to provide it.Our phone call devolved into a heated argument, which I regret, but A******s refusal to listen and her insistence on confrontation only exacerbated the situation. While there may be other representatives within this company who exhibit more professional behavior, I cannot give A****** a favorable rating. She clearly lacks the necessary training in emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation, posing a potential liability to NCCG.

  This company has been harassing me for months over an unpaid roofing bill. I have been threatened with foreclosure on my home, even though there was never a lien filed and it is outside the 90 day requirement to file such lien. The woman, ***************** who sometimes calls herself ******** continues to call and has insisted the lien has been filed, that she even confirmed with my county it has. I also called and confirmed it wasn't, so she is full of s*** And despite my telling her that I am not paying, as I have fulfilled all payments to my contract, she persists. She attaches images of my signed contract as well as an unrecorded copy (notarized only) of my lien to try and scare me into paying a balance that I don't owe. I have asked for the recorded copy and she makes excuses as to why I can't have that information. Says this isn't something I can bargain with her. I have fulfilled all payments as listed on the contract, and even have email confirmation from the project manager the figures were a mistake on his part, and that he is only human, but the balance remains.I have repeatedly told this company they can go ahead and proceed with arbitration if necessary, I am not going to pay them another cent until they can provide me a signed copy of a change order or updated contract with the new amount listed.This woman, continues to call, email, even including people on the email that are not affiliated with me, just because it has a similar name as my husband. I was even recently notified that their client was moving in a different direction and that they would no longer be contacting me, however she still is. This is getting ridiculous and their scare tactics are not going to work on **** have also filed a complaint with the ****************************** on the roofing company, RRCA, as the project manager promised I wouldn't have to pay the deductible and he would go after the insurance company for all additional monies, so there's that too.
