    Arlitha, they were sent to my home said I had a problem that the warranty would not cover and that I had to have a new unit. **** my warranty company that they fixed my problem to get paid. Installed a new unit with our the warranty company knowing about it so they got paid twice. That happened in ****** I called them for a check up on my unit they sent out another company, I asked the man who call you I call Dexterity when I tried to call them again ****** can't get there number. They had the nerve to call out another A/C company to do a check up on my 6 months A/C.

    *************************** and ******************* came out to diagnose my AC going on and off. They were punctual, kind and knowledgeable. They were able to find the problem and get the claim approved by home warranty quickly. As a realtor, I would recommend them to my clients!

    I had a problem with my old 19-year-old HVAC system just before the big chill came; I had the Dexterity Heating and Air team inspect it, explained the issues and the options to repair or replace it, and we decided to replace it with a new Amana system. I highly recommend Dexterity **************************** when you need service or replacement of your HVAC system. They were on time, professional, reasonably priced, and explained everything so I could understand it. I highly recommend the team at Dexterity Heating and Air. Thank you

    **** and the whole team from Dexterity were extremely responsive and helped me navigate through a manufacturers warranty on my HVAC system. They went the extra mile to ensure my system was repaired. They were friendly, fast, and efficient! I am highly satisfied and would strongly recommend them! The whole team was great!!!

    This company is dishonest and reckless. They were sent to my house by my home warranty company, and they did things to destroy my unit and made what was not a problem a major problem. They created a major problem thinking that I would hire them to fix it. My home warranty was reckless for trusting them to come to someone home and damage their property. Scammers and have bad business practices..
