I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. But it shouldnt take complaints and threats of legal action to feel safe in my own person and home from your stalker behavior. out ready to press charges on them and a restraining or criminal trespass order if they don't cease and desist immediately. I am sick of being harassed and stalked for service that I don't want. At this point, they have been so aggressive and intrusive that I will NEVER be a customer just on principle alone. I am rejecting this response because: I have mailed out the incorrect check on monday July 3rd if the accounting department chooses they can validate that the original misprinted check has not been cashed, and I did notify the error and request a new check I beleive on June 24th the misprint issue was reported on June 27th and the following Monday July 3rd the check was sent back. To date I have had no response or way to facilitate a faster refund time from Vesus Fiber. We are going on over 2 months of trying to get the proper refund by August 15th it will be over 3 months and I will seek a civil claim. keep getting ignored now. Vexus Fiber was approved by the ********************* to be a new fiber provider in the city. This allowed Vexus to run new lines in the city, including our neighborhood. In my front yard they dug 8 holes to run this new line in the middle of the yard. They cut the Spectrum line twice in the process. I attempted to talk to the workers but none spoke English. Later a Vexus supervisor arrived (Lane). He said all of the holes would be filled that night and our Spectrum line patched so we would at least have service for the night. While so holes we filled, some were not and the line was not patched. I connected Spectrum and they ran a new line since the one cut could not be patched twice. The holes were eventually filed, but poorly. I had to get full dirt to level 4 of the holes. However to largest hole needs to be reworked and sod replaced. If they cannot it will not do it, I will and they can pay me for it. People try to take care of their property and vendors we did not hire take advantage of the situation and half way fix the issues they created.Business Response

This company. I have a credit due of ***** and I have yet to receive it. They mailed a refund check to an address they full well knew I no longer lived at. This is because I went up there in person to return equipment and gave them idk how many times my new address. Idk how to edit my last complaint against them. But, ********************** Alright. No justice has been done. They call evertime they say they will contact someone and call me back which they never do. This situation has been going on since February. They stole from me. I am angry because I am living off of disability and my rent is almost half of what I make. I can't even afford to have a vehicle. Oh but each time I call I get treated like a scammer! I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.
I received my refund via check. The check arrived at my old address and not any po box. A kind soul must have sent it back through the mail. Otherwise obviously I would not receive it. Please be careful because they do all credits and refunds via check. They cannot and will not entertain the idea of crediting back to your card. Thank you so much whoever but my check back through the mail! I know this because I still have informed delivery at my old address for some strange reason.

Vexus Fiber issued the refund check for $45.92 on February 9. The customer contacted ****************** on March 1 to advise that she needed the check sent to a new P.O. Box. Vexus personnel noted the new address but advised her that Vexus would not issue a new check until the first one was returned. The original check was not returned to Vexus until mid-April. Vexus personnel then contacted the customer to verify the correct address and placed it in the mail. Vexus' records show the check cleared on April 24.Initial Complaint

Vexus Fiber has continued to harass me into purchasing their services despite being told that their services are not wanted on multiple occasions. I have already experienced issues with this company since last year 2022, at which time both my son and myself complained directly to the company and expressly informed Vexus to not send any more representatives or sales personnel to my address. This was due to the same issue I am currently experiencing. I had multiple Vexus sales personnel try to sell me their services in 2022, sometimes pounding on my door for me to open. This was perceived as being threatening to me. I was told these were individuals from a "third party," however, these individuals were still selling Vexus services and wore Vexus uniforms, therefore I told them that was an invalid argument. It seemed like this resolved the issue, until I received another visit from a Vexus representative on March 17, 2023 at ****. I once again had to inform this individual that I had previously told Vexus to discontinue sending personnel to my address as I have absolutely no interest in purchasing Vexus services or products. This young man stated he would make sure the office where he was dispatched from would be informed. However, this same representative once again arrived at my home in an attempt to sell me cable from Vexus on March 31, 2023 at ****. I once again vehemently told the representative that I was not, am not, and will not ever be interested in any Vexus services or products. He then left. At this point, Vexus continues to harass me to try and bully me into buying their products and services. I am unsure when it became standard business practice to continue to harass an individual to buy your product despite being told in no uncertain terms on multiple occasions that the answer is no. I would appreciate if BBB has some influence to this end, because I do not take kindly to companies such as Vexus who cannot seem to understand that no means no.Business Response

Vexus sent someone out that patched the area but did not completely repair the damage that was done. The person they sent said they would not be able to completely repair the damage and would do the best they could do. All they did is remove the excess pile of dirt that had been left on the side and threw down sod over the area. They still left the street drainage ditch full of dirt such that it does not drain properly. One of the issues is the box that was installed was left too high and it traps water behind it creating an area that stays constantly wet. To fix that issue the box needs to be lowered a few inches and tilted toward the street drainage ditch. Presently it tilts away from the ditch and is higher than the area behind it so that area no longer drains properly. And the dirt that was allowed to fill the street drainage ditch needs to be removed so that water does not pond in the ditch.Business Response

Due to seasonal conditions and the nature of the repairs, Vexus' contractor has scheduled repairs for the 2nd or 3rd week of March. A letter was delivered to the consumer explaining these plans and committing to contact the consumer in February with a date when the work will be performed. A copy of the letter has been provided with this response. Vexus requests that this case be re-opened and scheduled for follow-up at the end of March.

Vexus (nor their contractor) has made any repairs. Vexus sent someone from ****, *****************, out when I was not home. He discussed the issues with my wife and agreed that the box needed to be lowered and tilted toward the drainage ditch to correct drainage. And the excess spoils left in the drainage ditch needed to be removed. He did not address the road side of the ditch where ruts were left. ************ left a business card but no one has ever returned to actually make the repairs.
