  You will end up with a lawyer and a lot of regrets on your first home purchase. We were sold a used trailer that was suppose to be remodeled when it was placed on our property. 7 months down the line, we have electricity when the trailer wants to produce it. A/C is out. There is water damage from them putting up already used siding that had holes in it, which cause the wall to buckle. I REQUESTED an inspector before my 60 days were up and never received one. Mold is growing everywhere. When I reached out, they told me all they could do is refer me to an electrician/HVAC company. After they delivered the trailer, they cared nothing about doing anything to it. I mean for goodness sake, NONE OF THE **** IS EVEN THE SAME, some pieces are brown, some are white, some are missing. We work to hard for our money, and long hours at that. Home is suppose to be your sense of comfort, mine however is a constant state of worry, is it gonna catch fire? Are we gonna get sick from the mold? Is there even more issues then whats presenting itself? Is the floor going to fall in? Its 80 inside and hard to sleep at night. I am overwhelmed and only write this honest review to save others from the troubles. We are young adults starting our lives, my best advice to anyone, dont go here to get your life started! Worst mistake ever! I have screenshots and photos. I documented everything, from the beginning. I am exhausted with this mess. We cant afford to pay the note and pay to have it remodeled, just doesnt seem fair. Save your money, your ************* time, dont do business here. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO THEY KNOW NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! The owner literally laughed at me on the phone, and told me Out of good ****** *** see what I can do about your siding problem and I havent HEARD from him since. Normally I do not post reviews but boy, this one sure deserves a gold medal. they know we are young, and took advantage of us all the way around.

  Do not buy anything from this company. Bathrooms not working because when they delivered home they busted the sewer pipes under the house. Told by ***** to go outside till fixed. Water pours into the home every time it rains. Home is not habitable because of mold in walls carpets and has ruined furniture. A/c has not worked properly since home set up. Always an excuse from manager. We have recorded conversations and have pictures. He said we should change our a/c filters they were dirty and he had pictures he would email me. Never got those. The home was new. We called multiple times with service out to fix problems. They are not sure why water keeps pouring in door every rain. Wish I could post pictures. Next step is license removal for this company to sell any products to the public.
