    Took my car in for a diagnostics at the beginning of October They said the job would take around a week I said ok and let them start the work after paying 1300$ a week goes by and they say it will be done next week. This goes on for weeks as the make up excuses and say its the codingFinally I had enough picked up my car at the beginning on JANUARY car still next fixed Had my car towed to another machine and they started showing me all the screwed up things they did to my car basically showing me all the work they did was not good parts glued.bolts in spots they should be and the list goes on!

    We politely asked the customer to return the car. We can't take care of a matter where the car is not accessible to us. We asked the customer multiple times did he authorize the job which took a couple a couple weeks for him to agree to before we could start. We also rented a car for this customer for the duration of this **********************. We are sorry you were not happy with the repair.

    Payed the company to install neutral safety switch for 2011 escape. The mechanic cracked my transmission while trying to install the switch (drilling & hammering),and tried to patch it up....but my fluids are all on the ground from the damage...I payed them and now I have to pay $2100 for a new transmission that they damaged!They will not answer my calls,nor will they take responsibility for the damage!I have before and after photos !They advertise that they do the work in 2-4 hours....they kept my car for three weeks! I asked them from the beginning if they could do the job and was told no problem, they were so very unprofessional and I have lost so much because of what they did to My car and had hurt my family as well and they don't even care.... you just don't do hard working people like that..this was just dead wrong!

    Customer asked is to fix his neutral safety switch.  Repair was done but did not fix is original issue.  He was very upset because the prior technician gave him a wrong diagnostic.  We offered to try to help him and see what further diagnostic we can do do free of charge for him.  We found out his pcm lost communication to his car so decided to fix it . After repairs was done we got the car running for him but he said his Transmission wasn't working. he admitted to the fact that his Transmission was not in good condition before we got the car non starting.

    We took our 2014 kia ******** to great motors in ********* ** .our motor was no good and agreed for them to put new motor in our car. They put a used engine in our car took 4 months to do so and we got car back and drove it for approx 600 miles and the motor threw a rod .we tried contacting for over 2 months and finally talked to manager and he agreed to fix car we had to bring to them they wouldn'tow it ..they decided to rebuild the engine instead of putting a new motor that was supposedly on warrant were the engine came from .it took another 2 months or get car back .. We came and picked up car and it didn't make it home befor breaking down again for 2nd time ..we called and brought it back in to great motors shop and they said they would put another motor .. It took over a month again to fix ..we were told it was fixxed and came got it and it didn't make it home and locked ** in the engine . I called and told great motors and asked for owners information this time to get a resolution ..********************she told me she was not going to fix the car again that they already fixxed it 3 times and refuses to pur more money into fixing our car ..then offered to trade us a a used older car sedan for our nice SUV ..I told her no we want it fixed right or refumd for breach of agreement .because they did not fix right and still broken.. She became racially mean to me and called me white boy and cracker and said she was not a black lady that would just cower down to some white trash like me and she said she knew I couldn't afford legal action and laughed at me ..we are now in a serious bind have lost our jobs because we have no car .we spent **** dollars to fix and never completed the job they promised . we need help with this to get a real solution please.

    We received the car a couple months back stating that the car is knocking,  it was already passed the warranty but we decided to help out and try to fix it. We rebuilt the motor and customer picked up . Customer stated their problem is still occurring.  So the customer brings it back again and we try to repair it again and still customer says the same thing . We have spent multiple hours and money trying to resolve this situation multiple times . We offered several resolutions to try to resolve this and still offering . We've have several conversations of getting them back on the road and still discussing onto today.

    Date of transaction: 3,4,5,12 and 15 Oct.2022 Amount of money paid: $4,343.69 What the business committed to provide: Replace Transmission What the nature of the dispute: Business sold me a faulty transmission X2 Whether or nor the business tried to resolve the problem: The business did NOT try to resolve the problem Account/order tracking number:In October of 2022, I agreed to have Great Motors replace the transmission on my auto(white 2018 **** Focus). I recieved my car in what i thought to be repaired but after a couple of weeks I contiued to have major issues with the transmission resulting in returning my vehcle to Great Motors. The second time I recieved my vehcles thinking again it was repaired more issues with the transmission. After contacting ****(manager for Great Motors) turns out by his own admittance that the transmission was not only used but it was faulty.I informed Mr. **** that i would like a refund and he turned me over to the owner of Great ******. After several weeks of getting the runaround I finally spoke with the owner in January 2023. The owner stated that i should have asked for a new transmission and since I didnt ask for a new transmission they sold me a used faulty transmission. I Further explained that I am not a mechanic and I was going off of your mechanic's expertise and trusted that you would provide quality service as your business was highly recommended.The owner sated that she would not refund my money. I further explained this is not how you do business in addition to me having to call every week to get an updated status of my vehicle when usually the auto business provides the updated status of the work thats being done and a timeline of when to pickup your vehicle. At no time was i informed about my vehcle resulting in me constantly taking time out of my schedule to check the status and continuing to be told another week time and time again. This was the worst experince I have ever had in dealing with a automotive shop.

    We replaced the Transmission for him ask he asked the Transmission was not right so we took accountability and replaced him for him since hes been a good customer to ** ,. After that we explained it may not be your transmission since we replaced it twice we need to do further diagnostic to it . He didnt want to do that and took the car to Sell it .
