  The level of unprofessionalism from the owner is ASTONISHING. I brought my car to Great Motors in February for diagnostic. He told me what needed to be repaired and I paid for it to get fixed. For some reason, when I got my car back the check engine light was on it wasnt on when I first bought the car to him. From Feb. on, I started noticing issues with my car that werent there before I got work done. I bought my car back in August and was told, upon his recommendation, that it was time to replace the engine and thats why the check engine light was on. When I dropped my car off for that repair, I was lied to several times about the day he would actually start the repair and he ended up keeping my car for over 18 days when the initial timeline was **** days. After the engine replacement (and spending $6,000), I picked my car up and guess what came on as soon as I drove off the lot? The check engine light. I let him know the check engine light came back on and he said Id have to bring it back at a later time and he would check the code. When he finally checked the code, it was for the exact same part he supposedly replaced in February He charged me almost $1,000 for a repair he never did and rather than actually diagnosing the problem when I brought the car back, he pushed me into replacing my engine for absolutely no reason. The worst part is that the problem I had before the engine replacement is STILL happening. Also I was told I would be getting a new engine put into my car just for him to tack on an additional $47 without consent and let me know AFTER THE **** that the engine indeed had over ****** miles. I now have to spend even more time and money taking my car to an actual LEGIT shop to get my car diagnosed and additional repairs. Please for the love of god DO NOT bring your car to this shop. They will leave your car worse than it was when you dropped it off and constantly lie and gaslight you about repairs needed and how long those repairs will take.

  They charge me 330 dollars to replace a power steering hose and then left old hose dragging, I call to find out why old part left and dragging ground and they say paid to install new part not take out old one and wanted more money to make drivable when anyone knows fix a part you always take old off first and install new one, after complain refuse to do whats right and try to get more money, ********* would do job same price but was booked for a week should of waited and had a quality mechanic ********
