      I have found and called 4 different phone numbers for Winchester Safes. More than 25 calls and not a single answer. Finally found one line in that had a voicemail that would accept messages. No response to my message. We spend a LOT of money at Tractor Supply and I'm going there right after work to ask them to carry a different brand not made by Granite Security Products. DON'T BUY A WINCHESTER SAFE IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUT ANYTHING VALUABLE IN IT. YOU MAY NOT GET IT BACK OUT WITHOUT A SUPREME HASSLE!!!

      Worst customer service of any company!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying for 3 months to get a person on the phone to help me with the lock on my safe that i purchased from Tractor Supply, I finally get one and all they can do is send me a form to fill out and email back and only to never get a response. They are only open Monday thru Thursday and their entire customer service department goes on lunch break at the same time. So don't bother calling between about 11:45 to 1:00. I have asked if someone can just sell me the electronic locking system for my safe. All they can do is send a form and someone else will get back with you. I should have know not to purchase this safe!!! Tractor Supply - you should end ties with their products lines if this is the customer service people get. ******************** must have a lot of issues with their safes since they cannot answer the phone and help a customer at that time selling them what they need!!!! This is a bad sign!!!

      They won't answer phone and won't answer my emails. I am in a bad situation with a safe I can't make "safe". Terrible situation. No help at all.

      I purchased a Winchester TS-***** gun safe from Tractor Supply two years ago. On Feb 07, 2024 the key pad quit working. I was able to get through to Customer Support. They suggested the battery and the 10 second reset. When that didn't work, they sent me a Customer Solution Form and said somebody would get back to me in 4 to 5 working days. It has been six weeks and nothing. When I call, I am put on hold until I get frustrated and hang up. I cannot get through with email or phone to Winchester or Granite Security Products, who made the safe. I am stuck with this piece of junk and will have to pay a locksmith to break into it. Extremely dissatisfied.

      I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour and I still have no answer and after it picked up and hung up. Winchester customer service is terrible. Not much I could add since majority of the reviews here on BBB gave 1 star.

      I bought a Winchester ** ***** safe 18 months. In 18 months I have had replace the keypad 4 times (on my own as support was absolutely zero help). This safe is so unreliable it should be taken off the market.

      Trying to get any help and getting a new lock is like breaking into *************. I quit trying. I have to use my key only to enter the safe. Even the people at Tractor Supply tried on my behalf and gave up. **** never buy another safe from Winchester.

      Over an hour on hold well within their operating hours and no answer. Have tried calling multiple times since and no response. Within 6 months of purchase from TSC the safe would unlock but not lock. Horrible customer service department.

      Absolutely horrible safe!!!!!we purchased this safe and within 14 months the keypad electrical components went out. We probably opened the safe a total of 30 to 40 times during that time ! so this review is for the Winchester brand safe. Winchester is a sub-standard safe sub-standard keypad and sub-standard warranty !!! just another way for them to make more money With their faulty sub-standard equipment .! do yourself a favor dont purchase Winchester safes of any kind.
