  Very congenial.he arrived , brought in some equipmentlooked at the ceiling that needed drywall repair. Obviously he was hesitant to work on it. Walked around the room. Said he had to go get wall board because the area was larger than expected. Left for 2 hours. Went downstairs.said the wall board in the room was thicker than usual, had to get the different board. He was gone at least another hour.. he was just beginning to trim the area.asked if he could work longer. My son came home.saw what he was doing. Told him to leave. Had a check with me, but planned to give it to him on Weds (the earliest he could return)..because he had done no work. I left to return to my house after waiting for 5 hours. He refused to leave the property until my son paid him $. There is, a clause in their estimate that says they are to be paid for hauling supplies .but not for spending 4 hours purchasing them. He charged $947 and refused to leave until paid. You cannot reach them by email now..

  BEWARE. I called to ask them to build my kid's playground. They were available the same day. However, it's not made entirely clear that they charge per technician. I have had plenty of service people come out (gutters, sprinklers, electricians, etc.), and they've never charged me per person. It's the rate for the job. But I got quoted $198 initially and $128 per hour after that. What I didn't realize was that they meant that PER PERSON who comes out. So, $198 for the first hour and $256 PER HOUR after that for 2 people. So, $384 if you need 3 people, and so on. I was also told the project would take about 6 hours, when in reality, it's more like ****. They charged me $1,062 for about 4 hours of work, and the playground wasn't even close to finished. Then, they tried to "fix" the issue by saying they would complete the job for an additional $512. That's $1,574 to put it together, and the playground didn't even cost that much. No way.I think they underestimate the timelines and aren't super clear on pricing, so you're not in sticker shock by the actual pricing. $256 an hour is outrageous. Definitely will not be contacting them again. ****** learned.
