      On Friday 06-06-25, I called the company in response to a letter I received that gave me an update of my eligibility for a loan against a policy I have. While trying to apply for the loan I was disconnected 3 times and each time I called backed I had to repeat the process.I became suspicious when I kept getting transferred to people who were obviously working at home and the asked for my social security #.I called backed Monday to verify that the loan was processed and that everything was legit. I was then told that they could not verify the policy and that it would take 7-10 ******* concerned that the check would be issued to someone else and I would not be aware of it for 2 week.The last person I talked to Friday said my check would be issued in ***** days.The lady on Monday said she could not pull up the account.Why were the previous people able to now all of sudden there is a ********** very concerned that a scam or something suspicious is going on and I may be left holding the bag.

      On 6-12-25 I spoke with a representative from Globe life insurance. They said that my loan application has been processed and I should receive within 10 business days.

      Hopefully this issue will be resolved.

      I was sent a letter by GLOBE LIFE offering a cash value on a policy. I responded in writing that I was interested in the full value. I had taken a cash value loan before and the policy remained active. This time I denied the cash value loan because it was for only $110. The denial was again sent via regular mail. I logged in on the morning of 06/05/25 to make the payment and the policy reflected - canceled/surrendered. I spoke to an agent at length, who kept reiterating that the only letter they had was the one where I stated I would accept the cash value, once they let me know what the amount was. I advised her that I did not indicate that the policy should be canceled and I needed it reinstated immediately. She placed me on hold, spoke with her manager, came back and stated it needed to go to the back office and I would receive a call back within 24 -48 hours, it has been 96 and I have received no call or email.       I have been trying to get a check mailed for a cash surrender of a life insurance policy that my mom took out in 1989. I initially spoke with an agent on 4/29/25. I have not received a check and each time I call, I receive different information - a check has been mailed, a check has not been mailed, a check has been expedited. I believe this company is a scam and takes advantage of seniors.

      Issue: Company not responsive to completing request to lower/change coverage for all life policies as company Retention agent promised. Partial change/lower coverage amount of $10,000 made to only five policies, but not lowering the policy for one policy "*******". 1. On 28, December 204, Purchased life Insurance policies for six of my grandchildren. Paid for the initial premium amounts. 2. Called Globe customer service ************ and advised ******************** Retention agent on April 9 2025 to lower all six of the face amounts of coverage to $10,000. She stated that all past due amounts had to be paid first before any change could be made. 3. Paid the past due amounts, Agent said all policies are now at $10,000. Premiums posted as Paid 9-April-2025. 4. Checked the eService Center website later and found that the first policy discussed, "*******" remained at $20,000. This was the first policy discussed to be changed.5. Called Globe customer service again and advised that issue remained on one policy. Agent stated she could not reach Retention agent that handled the earlier change mentioned above. She said she sent a notification to the agent of my call-in on this issue.6. As of this date no response from the Company and the Issue remains. Given the past experience of the firm to Ask for payment of any past due premiums before making changes, I have no trust in the company to hold any policy for the ********************7. Therefore, I protest the actions of the company as appearing to be misleading, poorly managed, and tantamount to unfair insurance business practices.On behalf of the Trust I firmly request prompt refund of all monies paid to the company. In addition remove all saved credit card or bank accounts information from the company information processors. Advise promptly when this has been done.       Globe Life has canceled two of my Term Life Policies (for my Wife and Daughter) for non-payment, but I have tried to pay for the policies online. They will send me a letter stating that the payment was not received. Then, a week later, they will send me the check amounts I paid for the Term Life Policies. So, I feel this has been an illegal attempt to cancel my policies. Is this illegal? I also have proof of the payments made.

      My mom had Globe Life insurance at the time of her passing. The claim was submitted by the funeral home. The funeral home received their share of the claim check, but twice since February 2025 I have failed to receive the so called mailed check. I have received general mail from Globe Life, but no check. I have called repeatedly, they keep verifying my address is correct. No staff can say why the check isn't being received. My local post office can't do anything because the check is sent through regular mail without any ability to track the check.

      Ownership of insurance policy is in dispute. The ownership of insurance policy was to be transferred to the insured at the age of 21, but remains in the grandmother's name (my name) ******** *******. The policy is now owned by my 31 year old grandson (********* *. ***, born *************) ********* *. ***, *******************************************.

      My husband purchased a policy with them he passed away in sep 8 2023. Globe Life denied my claim for unreasonable reasons. Medical examiner said accidental death policy number is 0058C3507 They said he wasn't forthwith on all medical problems I was there he was he had long qt since birth. Also his death had nothing to do with his heart. He died of accidental fentymal toxicity. Not an overdose it was accidental I have all lab work from medical examiner if you need it please email me back I will promptly send to you.

      I contacted Globe ***************************** on 3/31/25 to surrender policies: ********************** A payment was made on 04/01/2025 and posted on 04/02/2025. I spoke with an agent on 03/31/205 and was directed to email ******************************** to officially request refund of $251.30 payment since the payment was not posted nor showing in their system on the date of the policies were surrendered and I would receive a refund within 15 days. However, customer service (CS) prolonged the process and kept asking for information which was readily available in the system such as my name as the policy owner, address, phone number, and insured ************ I provided information anyway. Once credit card statement became available, I also emailed a copy of it showing the transaction date proving payments were posted after the date of surrender. I called at least four times and emailed CS six times without a resolution. Globes responses became borderline rude, dismissive, and condescending. To process a payment on a surrendered policy is unethical. I would like my $251.30 refunded immediately as I was told it would be by the agents I spoke with on several occasions. Globe used an unethical stall tactic to allow the payment to post and then refused to refund it even though the policy was cancelled on 03/31/2025 per my request.

      I'm the payer for my mother's life insurance policy, I first paid in January of 2025 $649.94 (this was a 6 month payment) (through my bank account) and they didn't take it out so I kept calling because I didn't want the policy to lapse, the person I spoke with said they never received the money so I paid again with my credit card (through the same company) and I want to say a day or two later they took the other payment, so now I've paid the $649.94 twice meaning the policy shouldn't be due again until next year January 2026 but they have it due again in July of 2025. They told me to send in proof of birth payments and they'd look at it. I've emailed, called, faxed, and sent through the mail copies of the transactions and I've yet to receive and response. When I called to see what's going on the lady said "oh they needed more Information". Again I've yet to receive and correspondence from them but they continue to send an email asking how did they do. I've paid in full for the year 2025 and would like credit for what I paid for. I've called several times and have been on hold for over 30 minutes at a time and I'm getting no results, if my payment were late they'd cancel her policy so for them not to respond it's troublesome, this isn't anything I can just cancel without losing out on my end. Double payment was the header to my email. Thank you in advance.
