      Globe Life stole money out of my account after they told me I didn't have an active policy. I called to get clarification on the policy and was told that I indeed had an active policy, AFTER they told me I didn't have a policy. I requested to cancel the policy, and they never even offered a refund. This company has horrible reviews, and I feel as though I should be refunded because they told me my application never went through, so how was I charged when they told me I didn't have an active policy? They never sent me any policy information. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

      For months I have been trying to change the beneficiary on two policies I have with Globe Life I have made dozens of calls to them and have been lied to more times than I can count. I cant get anyone competent enough to get this done. I hope the BBB can get someone higher up to call me. If not I will get an attorney. I have never experienced service this bad anywhere.       On 4/5/25 I received mail addressed to someone with my mothers name, urging her to apply for life and burial insurance by her birthday. My mother, who has been dead going on 10 years on 4/9. She has never lived at this address, as I myself havent lived here for more than 3 years. And the last time we shared a mailing address was at least 15 years ago. It appears this company has obtained her information and somehow my information, in a suspicious and fraudulent manner, and sent unsolicited mail - to a deceased person at an address that never belong to her.

      On January 29th, 2025 I cancelled my Globe Life Policy No. 00-64D7632 due to financial hardship. I was told by a representative that my policy was cancelled effective January 29, 2025 and no payment was going to be processed. On January 30th, 2025 a payment in the amount of $63.23 was automatically taken out of my checking account. I called and spoke with a representative and was told that I would be receiving a refund for that payment within 14 business days. After the 14th day I still had not received the refund. I called again and spoke with another agent and was told we should be receiving the refund anytime. After *********************************************************************** deposit to my bank account. I called a 3rd time and spoke with a supervisor, she advised me that she would be speaking with her supervisor and we would be getting a call back the next day. We never received the call, however we did receive an email stating we would have to pay for Februarys premium even though the policy we effectively cancelled on January 29th. Why are we paying a premium for a CANCELLED POLICY??? This is not right to keep money for a policy that is no longer active.

      The company refused to comply or even respond in timely manner to my request contract update / change.The company without my authority changed my payments from annually to monthly thereby increasing my total payment amount.Prior to February 3, 2025, I contacted company and informed them I choose to discontinue my contract due to poor service. I still have not received my refund after being told a number of differing reasons as to why not and the last being the staff did not submit the paperwork correctly on or about March 11, 2025 I again was told i would receive my refund within 72 business ******** of this writing/complaint I still have not gotten my money back.

      Globe Life Insurance advertises life insurance products that are "guaranteed acceptance" I applied for a policy I don't have cancer, don't use tobacco or engage in any dangerous hobbies or occupations and am ************************************************************************************************************** should something happen. Globe Life is the biggest ripoff I've ever seen and they are guilty of false advertising. I will also be filing a complaint with the ** Insurance department seeking to revoke their right to issue insurance products in the state of **. I demand an explanation of this outrageous decision and expect that they reconsider issuing me a policy. Aside from that I will be seeking to harm them the way I was harmed by this ridiculous decision

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      it is discriminatory and full of lies. I have seen "guaranteed acceptance" and $1.00 down literature. I should have declined to answer those invasive questions. There are people that get insurance that smoke, use drugs, drink alcohol excessively and engage in dangerous hobbies/occupations none of which apply to me. It's bogus that you "can't insure everyone" because it's "we discriminate based on height & weight" or "we refuse to insure customers that have a disability" you can take your insurance policies and shove them up your you know what. I will never ever do business with your pathetic conpany and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

      I've been receiving Globe life packages/ads to my mailbox for yrs and I mean yrs. A few months ago I decided to take them up on thier offer, because I was seeking more life insurance and/or to change mine. From what I read within thier advertising, that your health conditions wouldn't matter, so I applied, and paid the very first intial payment to show that I was truly interested. A couple weeks later, I received a call from one of thier **** to go over all that I had stated within the application concerning my health. I didnt lie about any of it. So when I received a denail for the insurance I was shocked. I'm like why? When I finally applied, told the truth, but yet denied. So I couldn't understand why? When it states within the application "No medical exam is required" with a simple application, that could be interpreted that it doesn't matter what health conditions you're in; otherwise, why wouldn't there be an exam up front? I'm not terminal, I'm just ill with conditions. I then read on thier site, you will need an exam, which one is it? But even with all the mix-commnication and their denial, I was OK with it, until I continure (even after being denied) receiving thier fliers/ad packages in the mail. I wrote in and ask them to stop, not once but twice, because after the first write in, they didn't stop.They assumed that I was writing in to complaint about the denial but I wasn't, I just mentioned it. I wrote in (twice) to have my name/address removed from thier database, but yet to this date Feb 4, 2025, I'm still receiving them/for children I don't have. I asked for my making me think that they're harassing me. I've been receiving 1-2 advertsing package a month (more than previous) since writing in. That's telling me, they haven't removed my name and letting me know that they don't have to and/or they will remove it when they feel like. After this complaint, and the mail still doesnt stop, I'm taking legal action and I'm serious. Stop the harassment!

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution, and as stated, I no longer cares about the denial, I care about the ads continuing  coming to my address. If I'm not going to ever be approved, leave me alone. Remove my address and I have that brright to ask you to remove me form your database. I no longer want to hear from Globe Life. So why conitune forwarding me your advertisements? As long as they keeps thier word, I'm good. I will give them that ***** days, but I want to say in writing, after that time, if I receive any other forms of advertsiment from Globe Life, I will take further action. I've already received one advertisement packge from them on 2/15/25. 

      If they had removed my name from their database when I first ask, it wouild have possibly been removed by this time.

      I started my policy in 1996 ********** with Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company. My premiums are automatically withdrawn from my bank account every month. I moved to ******* in 2019. I updated all my information with Globe Life and Accident Insurance including my new address in *******. On 1/18/2025 I received a letter from the New Jersey Life and Health Insurance ******************** Act . The letter is saying that I am not covered by my current policy because it requires continued residency in **********. I spoke with Jaun, ******** and ***** from Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company. They said the company that sent me that letter is a scam. They also said My policy is good anywhere in *******. I ask for them to put that in writing and they refused. I am requesting a full refund from 2019 to 2025 because Globe Life and Accident Insurance did not properly inform me that my policy is for continued residency in **********. The most recent policy has my Florida address on it but they put ********** instead of ******* Please Help Me! 00C912405

Also when I ask for a copy of my insurance policy they put ********** instead of Florida  on the policy. Globe Life knows I live in ******* why are they putting ********** as my address? I hope Globe life will do the right thing they had me paying for a policy that is for New Jersey residents and they know I live in ********

      I have been trying to get a reimbursement for fraudulent charges from Globe Life since October 2024. For 2 years there was $81.52 being taken out of my account every 3 months, and it was my understanding this payment was linked to a life insurance policy for my mother. Come to find out, none of these charges were linked to any of my policies, ever. I worked with Globe to submit the needed bank statements to show the charges being taken out of my account, which I have through email. Even after I submitted the needed documents on my end, Globe was slow to address it and began to give me the runaround. Countless call I have made to their customer service, sometimes they have my situation on file , and other times theyve told me its not even been processed. I have been a Globe customer for nearly 10 years and honesty wish I never gave them a dime. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and outright THEFT.

      Globe Accident and Policy has been in force since 1961. Father pays ***** a year for a policy that they cannot tell me anything about, type, etc.. he paid his last premuium in january 2024, they cashed check so policy was in force upon his death in December 2024. i have called multiple times even going back 4 years to see if this was apolicy on my also deceased mother, and they will not disclose or cannot find his information, or the information i give is incorrect etc... I did find out they have a wrong birthdate on file from actual birthdate. I sent they TX fax number all the information they requested for filing a claim on December 27 and as of January ******************************************************************************************************** type of policy again i am at a loss.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.

      I do however wish to express the fact that it was never relayed to me that not once, when asked or prompted did they ever disclose what type of policy this was. If they would have simply stated it was an accident policy, the subject would have been dropped years ago. But with Kennys passing, it had to come to a close with whatever type of account this was, but because they lead me to believe it was a life policy I had no choice but to continue to pursue them for answers.

      Thanks for your assistance into this matter, now I can move on.
