      I had authorized Globe Life to take ********************************************************************* an invoice for 155. I paid it with check no 1097. I wrote to them asking them to cancel the automatic withdrawl. They did not. They cashed it and I had paid them twice. They could not extend my policy for two years but told me to consult ********* I did and they cancelled the payment. Now Globe sent me another invoice telling me I owe 155. I believe I am paid up for a year. I spoke to a woman today who was going to request that my payment be applied to my account. I have had this policy since 1995 but I just don't trust them anymore.

      My name is *****************************.I have been a policy holder of globe life insurance for 8 years ago.My policy number is 007k68639 so my policy had lasped since 9 months ago.I have been trying to get my refund since 2 months ago but until now I never got anything.I called them and gave them all my information and still no refund.

      Thank you for your correspondence with Globe Life. Your correspondence has been forwarded to me for response.

      Policy 007K68639 was issued April 28, 2015, on the life of ***************************** with a face value of $50,000.00.The policy is paid to November 28, 2023. The policy has a 31-day ***** period,as that time frame has passed the policy is currently lapsed.

      Premiums paid on policy 007K68639 functioned to keep the policy in force, in accordance with the policy terms, as such the premiums are earned premiums. Earned premiums are not eligible for refund. Therefore, we are unable to be of further assistance regarding the premium refund request.

      If you wish to reinstate the policy,please return a completed copy of the enclosed application along with the amount listed on the application, if the reinstatement is approved, the policy will be paid to November 28, 2024.

      I've contacted them via email to ask them to cancel the policy for three people that's under my mother's name, ********************* of Huntsville *******, as she has passed away. I've provided death certificate that proved she passed away. Instead of honoring my wishes, this is what I got: This is getting fustrating. The last two emails from Global reps indicated that nobody is reading my email: I specially said My mother passed away.. And I wanted to cancel the policy for both girls.. as they no longer live with us. and what do I get? "Good Afternoon Policyholder, Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding the above referenced policy. We are sorry to hear of your loss, and wish to express our sympathy to you at this time. The ownership of the policies is vested in *********************. Thank you for choosing Globe Life. It is our pleasure to service your insurance needs. Should you have any additional questions, please call us at **************. We are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Central Standard Time. -****" I responded back and said why would you do that when I asked for the policy to be canceled. and then what do I get? ood Afternoon Policyholder,Thank you for your email regarding your life insurance policy.Please have the policy owner contact us to cancel Thank you for choosing Globe Life. It is our pleasure to service your insurance needs. Should you have any additional questions about your coverage, please let us know. Thank you, ******* So tell me, how does a dead person who's in six feet under ground are able to contact you ? I've sent Death certificates, and nobody is doing their job. SO this is the last time I"m going to ask: CANCEL THE POLICY FOR ****************, ********************* AND *********************!Sincerely, ********************* They will not do what I"ve asked them to do. They keep saying that to have ownership of policy contact them, and I repeated myself over that she's dead.

      **************** the ownership has been changed according to the policy rules written in the policy provisions. Therefore, the owner is now *********************. Only she has the authority to cancel these policies. Therefore, we need her to contact us for further policy changes. Automatic payments have been removed, if she chooses not to cancel or to make payments the policies will eventually cancel on their own.

      Receiving constant harassments from company to sign up for their policies by many different agents, who all claim to notify corporate that we are not interested, yet every week another agent is sent to our company to sell policies. Company is ******* **************** DBA American Wrecker Sales.

      I applied for burial insurance for both my husband and myself. They approved my husband but denied me. I had already paid the first month premium. How someone can be denied burial insurance is beyond me, but I immediately told them to cancel my policy. I tried calling them several times, but they never answered. I emailed them several times and they never answered. I contacted them on ******** and they never answered. I want this policy cancelled and no money withdrawn from my account. If the payment is pending I want a refund.

      I have been paying monthly on this insurance policy since at least 2016. I have been trying to reach them at several different phone numbers and by email with no response. Of course, I am concerned that this is not a legitimate company and that I have paid them in total over $4,000.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The only reason I was able to contact someone is because I received a local book of coupons which included an advertisement / solicitation  from them. I called the number provided and spoke with a woman who told me that there was nothing she could do to help me. She could only send me the current bill and the policy. I asked her why all the phone numbers found for Global Life (there are several I found on the internet) did not work. She told me that they were having problems with their internet, which made no sense because I've been trying to reach them for weeks. All of this started because I wanted to update my information, but couldn't reach anyone other than a sales representative. It seems there are a plethora of sales ***** but no one else to speak with. I will send a message to the email provided and see if I actually get a response from someone other than a sales person. I need to know that this is a legitimate business and that the thousands of dollars I've sent is secure.

      As we discussed via email last week, Globe Life is a legitimate insurance company, but on July 19th,2024, a worldwide software outage caused issues with our system functions. The outage interrupted service to internal applications, phones, and email. Because all office locations were impacted, all services were interrupted. Immediate efforts to restore all impacted functions were undertaken. System functionality was returned Sunday, July 21st, and normal business operations resumed Monday, July 22nd.

      We are receiving mail for our 2 year old grand daughter with her name, ***************************, on it trying to get her to go back to Globe Life. We have told them to stop sending us these spam offers, they said they would, but we are still getting them. We want them to STOP.

      I have been a customer with ********************** and ********************************************* Conpany for many many years. Never once had an issue but never had to call in while Ive had coverage. I normally just pay my bill on the Globe Life app. Today 7/19/24, I called globe life *************, found on the front of my bill. The number was found to not be working. The app wouldnt let me login to pay. So in the back of the bill was another number for the privacy office in ******** TX **************. I called the number, heard a noice and then some female who was foreign answered the call. I explained that I was calling to pay my bill so I dont lose coverage. My mail carrier for the day already had another bill being delivered today. The lady was rude and said the number was having issues but they could send me a $100 gift card to be received within 5-7 business days that could be used anywhere. Thought that was very odd and anything like this is 96% of the time a scam. She stated she could send me to her supervisor which I asked to be transferred and she became rude again and wouldnt transfer me over. I hung up called the number again and no response just like the first time I attempted calling. I am concerned at this point because I cant make a payment at all, no way to contact the company and I have invested YEARS in a $15,000.00 policy. Had something detrimental happened to me today, my family would be ******, for lack of better words. At this point I have lost hope in this company and fear that I have invested in a scam for all these years and would like the money I have paid out for this coverage to be returned and my file closed so I may have myself covered elsewhere. I have also attempted over the course of the past six years to get my husband and son covered through this company and have never heard back from anyone. Just super sketchy at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any money I have pd before even when it says no longer active resumed w/o issue.

      They have been having "website" problems for months, representative says customers complaining everyday that the make a payment selection doesn't work. It would seem a company could correct this problem. Rep says that **** does not take calls from anyone, so how do they know there's a problem???? I just went round and round for the 3rd month and nothing is fixed on their website.
