This company is a scam. I just worked here for about two weeks. We are column random numbers and we are lying saying that yall were red flagged in our account in which you guys were not. We are literally just googling random phone numbers. We tell you guys that were not a sales Place and we tell yall that we need you guys statements because youve been red flagged in our account But its honestly not true ! It is a scam and the company needs to be reported. They ask you for your statement and then they call you back on the sales side and try to get you all to send your merchant statement. Do not do it. It is a scam.

Scam credit card processing company with PREDATORY SALES PRACTICES. They're looking to phish for your data and poach your service by pretending to be a third-party that 'works with' your current payment processor. They claimed we were being charged too much by our merchant and wanted us to share our ******al data (but they also say they already have it???). They told our owner that she was the 3rd ****** they had talked to. When our owner said "No, you talked with one ******, she is in the office with me" they tried to say that they talked to an answering service first. We do not work with an answering service.

An employee named **** claimed we were being overcharged by our credit card processing service but when I asked him to clarify what the card service was called specifically to verify and how he had that information he claimed it was classified. I then called him out and said that this was a sales call instead of a call about supposedly getting funds reimbursed and he said no. Based on the other reviews this was clearly a lie. *** should be investigated for these fraudulent sales practices.

My business received a call from a woman named ***** with the Processing Depot. There was a call back number, extension numbers, confirmation numbers. They absolutely sounded legit, I even talked to her supervisor, until I called Sqaure asking for clarification that we had been overcharged by the "corporate fee" instead of a "small business fee" a lawsuit, and that Processing Depot was handling their mess up. Sqaure had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and said they have no active lawsuits against them currently. Thankfully I only sent a pdf of sales numbers from two months, no information that could be used or stolen. They had been calling for days from an 1855 number and kept saying its serious. They really do sound legit. Sqaure customer service answers quickly, make sure you check with them before giving The Processing Depot any of your information.

Today, I received a call from "The Processing Depot" claiming to be a third party monitoring company and that my company was being over charged a corporate rate and that they could fix it on the back end and wanted my processing statements. This seemed very scammy and when I started asking questions about the company, she didn't want to answer them and flat out refused to give me the company address. She actually said she didn't see why it was necessary and told me if I needed that info it's on the website.

Same thing from below. Scam like for sure. They call with that you over paid and ask to pull statements. I ask them to give me my account info so that I could verify it was legit and not scam and they were unable to. Then when I told them I needed proof that what they were saying was legit and that they were in fact looking at my account they were unable to. How do they know they owe me money but can't tell me my account info?

Got called by these guys and they tried the same tactics that they evidently use with everyone else. Caller wanted me to email them my credit card statements and I told them that I had to vet their company before I sent them any information. They lie about who they are and what they are trying to do. They are just another Credit Card Processing company trying to get your business under false pretenses.

Scammer calling from *******************. She claimed to be calling from "merchant services" and they "noticed" we were overcharged June, July and Aug. She asked me to pull up my statements to go over so they could refund the over charged transactions. Sounded legit but my gut said no so I asked if I could call her back. Did some digging and now I'm glad I did. I hate liars and cheaters and this company uses the shadiest of methods.
