This company attained our information as it is "public record." They authorized and sent an order after telling one of our front desk agents the cost of toner for a printer we no longer even have was increasing. I have never heard of this company before receiving an unrequested and unauthorized product/invoice.Extremely shady business practices. I spoke to someone today and supposedly they will be sending a prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted product.Alliance Imaging Supplies

Something needs to be done about this company. It's a scam. I received a call from them and they made it sound like they were the new supplier for our printer. Of course I fell for this scam. I was later informed by my employer that we order ours directly and they will never call us. Do not use this company. It's a complete scam.Alliance Imaging Supplies

For a company that "strives to satisfy customers" they sure have a lot to work on.Alliance Imaging Supplies called our office to verify an order, and our newer receptionist didn't know that we have an account in good standing with a different company that IS indeed local to us. We received the wrong toner for our machine - and again, we didn't place the order. Yes, our "account" was credited - because we did not place an order with them.Yes, they sent a shipping label - because we did not place an order with them. They sent the return shipping label on Friday afternoon with instructions to use within 48 hours - I wasn't aware *** had a time limitation on return labels. *** verified when we dropped the package off, that they DO NOT have a time limitation on return labels. This company will take advantage of anyone they can by talking smoothly.Alliance Imaging Supplies

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our office admin was not aware that we pay a lease with another vendor for ink and the SAME DAY they ordered the ink from the proper company, this company called us impersonating Konica Minolta. Then this invoice, thats absolutely ridiculous almost $500, comes in. All the disclaimers on the invoice are a smart way to hide a scam. Do. Not. Use. This. Vendor.Alliance Imaging Supplies

SCAM! I agree with Ryan C. I am also a new employee and JASON "from" Alliance Imaging Supplies called me saying he's affiliated with our printing company. He said we were out of toner and the toner we were trying to order was out of stock and I had to order from another supplier. We received a 600 dollar bill for this toner. This company lies and pretends to be suppliers of office supplies when they are not. I am a new employee and received a call from someone who seemed legitimate and knowledgeable, I had no idea I was being scammed. A few days later we received the toner and a few days after that a nearly 500 hundred dollar bill from a company we do not deal with nor have ever heard from. It seems from reading all the reviews this is par for the course with them. They do not even deserve a star.Alliance Imaging Supplies

After reading these reviews, our experience is basically identical. We realised what had happened when we received the invoice and it wasn't from our actual printer contractor. I called them immediately and was sent a shipping label to return the toner. From the ease of returning the item and based on the conversation I had on the phone, it felt like that person receives a lot of calls like mine.Alliance Imaging Supplies

Wish I could give zero stars. We lease our copier and the person who called our office (from a now-disconnected phone number; we have caller ID and History) LIED to a new office employee claiming to be our ink supplier. Whatever they say they said doesn't matter, they DO NOT SUPPLY OUR TONER but said they did. Luckily I was here when it arrived and I refused the package because it was sent under 100% false pretenses. They prey on the unsuspecting and should be punished.Alliance Imaging Supplies
