    They didnt honor the 3 year ****** mile warranty. I purchased last 2 vehicles new from them. I suggest looking elsewhere.

    I made a 8 am service appointment for Wednesday morning. They said they would call us later and let us know what they found. We told them it only needed struts and new belt. You could see the strut leaking oil if you just bend over. On Thursday we can't heard from them, so we called at 1pm. He said he would check and call us right back. We called again at 3:45, ****** then proceeded to tell us that after having my car for two days, they had only just submitted the paperwork that day after lunch. They had not checked to see if they even had parts. Then tells me on Thursday that my car wouldn't be ready until late Monday. I said no, I am coming to get my car. When I get there, they act like I am the one being unreasonable. Then they charge me $169 for nothing. He said it was a diagnostic fee. I said, we told you what was wrong, there was no diagnostics to be done. So I suppose they charged me $169 for the gas they used driving my car because when I picked it up, there was about 25 miles put on it in small Mineola. I was shopping for a new dealership because I need to trade in my mom's jeep and my jeep soon but TOLIVER"S is not the place. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER.
