      I was scammed out of $5900 by your company on July 25 2021 said that they will get me out of my Grand Crown resort and they didnt. They did not do one thing.. Covid came out and the phone was always busy, They said that they were working on it when you were call no results I would like to have my money back in my Grand Crown resort is gone into foreclosure on an old 3000 and something on it and maintenance fee was overdue too. It is a shame that people do you like that. I have called and called and call and I had just given up and I was talking to one. *******, the lady that charged my credit card she gave me her number. I kept in touch with her and she said oh theyre working on it though oh yeah, but they wasnt., and called her One day and she said they were going out of business or something. I just want my money back. They sold me something and did not go through to give me the results of what I paid for. Thats called fraud. Please call me ************. I know its been almost 2 1/2 three years but I thought that I didnt have any other option. Didnt know really what to do. I just got scammed so thats why Im falling on it. The lady told me her name is ******* to call The Attorney General General and And let them know what happened. I called *********** and they said it was too long ago. I told *********** in 2023 they could not reverse my money back so I really would like to have my money back. Thank you.

      Scammed. They were supposed to sell my timeshare. But did not. Paid $ 8800. Now Im paying that amount on a high interest credit card. Company can not be reached.

      On September 5, 2019 I went into an agreement with GC Getaways & Transfer Outlet, LLC ** ***** ****** *** **** **** *********** ***** ***** to transfer my ownership of my time share located at *** ** ****** ******* ******* ** **** ************** (Week 7; unit 0519). At the time I went into agreement with GC Getaways & Transfer Outlet, I paid the sum of $9,433.00 in full (contract attached). Subsequently, I have been given the run around without any sale or transfer of my ownership. In addition, I have been paying my annual maintenance fees since the date of contract, the most recent being paid to ******* *** ******** ****, for the sum of $1,162.14 for my current dues payment. I was told when I inquired in 2020 that Covid has delayed any progress in my transfer (see email dated September 18, 2020). I was then told that my account was turned over to a law office, ******* ********* *** ***** ****** **** ***** ***** *** ** ****** I sent all my information, as requested to that firm located at *** ***** ******* ***** *** ********** ** ****** To my surprise when I contacted the law office I was told via email that GC Getaways neither paid them or forwarded any related documents regarding the transfer (see email dated June 15, 2023). The documents that GC Getaway provided for me to file were their internal documents, not the documents for the *****

      I have paid, to date 5 years of maintenance fees, having been given the impression that the transfer of my timeshare ownership would be within a few months of my contract with GC Getaways & Transfer Outlet, LLC! Therefore, I am requesting either closure and transfer of my obligations for the time share as agreed, or a full refund of the $9,433.00 I paid for GC Getaways to relieve me of ownership.

      Upon receipt of payment ($4,000.00) GC Getaways referred us to ******* ********* *** ***** ******* ****** *******. Since we already paid GC Getaways we received a letter stating that we would not be responsible for any costs moving forward. GC Getaways committed to get us out of our current contract and contractural obligation with ******** ******** **** for our timeshare effective since 2001. We were referred to GC Getaways by ******** ******** **** when we notified them of our desire to terminate/transfer the said timeshare.
      Nature of our Dispute: The Company noted above did not perform the services as sold and described. They have stopped communicating with us and do not respond to our inquires via phone and email upon request as to the status of our termination of the contract we hired them to transfer.
      There has been no attempt by the company to resolve our issues, compaints or concerns.

      On May 5, 2022, I completed a transaction with the company to transfer a timeshare that was originally listed on ****. I filled out paperwork with a separate closing company and have confirmed with the closing company that they have all the necessary paperwork to complete the transfer from both parties but are still waiting on the funds from GC Getaways in order to close the transaction. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone from GC Getaways about why the funds have not been made available to complete the transaction. I would either like GC Getaways to send the fund to the closing company ****** ******** ********** or refund me.

      This company told us that for a fee they could get us out of a timeshare. We paid the fee. They said it could take up to 18 months, it has been 26 months. They never had any intention of helping get us out of the time share. They gave the packet to their "The Law Offices" first, which wasnt a law office. They did nothing. Then they turned it over to the "contract resolution specialist" who wanted more money but wouldn't give me a contract on what the money would provide or a guarantee. (which by the way was all the same people) The contract resolution specialist told me that GC Getaways is a scam. They never try to take care of the time share that they sit on it until it's too late for the consumer to reverse the charge then give it to this contract resolution team and pay them a small fee to do the work. I was told that they use their vacation rentals as their defense as to what we were paying for which we never signed up for. The bottom line is no one will help me or give me my money back.

      This is a purchase those made at the end of July 2022 through eBay. I have attached documentation of interaction with Savannah ******** who is the point of contact for this purchase. All money was transferred by August 3, 2022. We were given information that it would take between 4 and 6 months for completion of the process. Despite numerous attempts at reaching out to contact Mrs. ******** as well as the timeshare company and Southern reliable transfers which is her LLC there has been no response for greater than 2 months. In addition to this, we have recently been informed that no refund will be able to be made and that the transaction Has been transferred to a different company as she states she has been fired.

      On July 4th, 2022 I purchased a **** ******* Timeshare on ebay for a total cost of $3,155.00. This was broken down as $2,500 sale price for the contract, $250 for closing, $299 for the **** ******* transfer and $106.00 for the 3.5% credit card fee. This was paid in full July 5th. I recieved notification on July 5th from Savannah ******** at GC Getaways that I would recieve closing documents in 6-8 weeks. This time has come and gone. I have made multiple attempts for updates even reaching out to the title company providing the closing. According to the title agent, they have not recieved the funds from GC Getaways to release the documents and have reached out to GC Getaways without response as well. The closing fees for title transfer was paid by me to GC Getaways on July 5th. My attempts for followup from gc getaways have recieved no response. I have emailed Savannah directly as well as the general contact for GC Getaways with no response. My last correspondence that was recieved from GC Getaways was on September 12th, 2022, when she sent me the name and contact info for the title agent. Several emails have been sent since then requesting an update on the process. I finally sent an ultimatum email asking for a specific update by end of business on Friday November 18th, 2022. I did not recieve any response or acknowledgement from Savannah/ GC getaways. The lack of communication from this company has been appalling and is in no way, a good way to conduct business. We are now 20 weeks post purchase, with no deed in sight, as we have not even signed closing documents at this point.

      On May 31, 2022, I entered into a contract to purchase a timeshare with **** *****. I paid $904.00 with a credit card, which included the sales price, closing fee, transfer fee, and a 3.5% credit card fee. On June 20, 2022, I received, reviewed, and validated information for placement on a deed. On July 1, 2022, a representative stated that they were waiting for a signed/notarized deed from the seller. On September 30, 2022, I reached out to see whether the company had a status update and did not hear back. Today, November 18, 2022, I attempted the various phone numbers I could find for the company and was diverted to voice mail. One of the domain names appears to be parked. Conveniently, the company's window for delivery is 60 days beyond most credit card company chargeback windows. If I cannot get this resolved, my only remaining recourse will be a civil claim in court.

      In Dec 2021, I was contacted by GC Getaways & Transfer Outlet, LLC . saying that they could assist me in getting out of my time share. GC Getaways representatives stated with us being current on maintenance fees and no outstanding balance on the loan, that the process to exit our timeshare should be smooth. End the end I was charged $6,494.00 by GC Getaways & Transfer Outlet, LLC to get me out. When it came time to work the case, they stated my Timeshare Co. was being difficult and they used the a legal team out of Kissimmee, FL. to handle the legal part. The legal team that GC Getaways referred my case to contacted me and wanted me to pay an additional fee to get out of the timeshare. I refused to pay any additional money without any actions taking place on my case, so the legal team stated they would close my case. GC Getaways and Transfer Outlet, LLC. completely misrepresented their service. I reside in Georgia and have not heard anything from anyone in GC Getaways.
